12、中语文教师，我最大的感受就是教学目标更明确了。新的课程标准明确提出了要培育学生的语文力量：主见实现教学上的主体性，强调进展学生的共性特长。 在实施新课程标准时我们的初中语文教学首先就是要由单纯传授学问向目标整合转变，弘扬人文精神。再就是要由讨论教法向讨论学法转变，唤醒主体意识。在这里谈谈学法指导，学法指导不应只看作是简洁的传授方法，而应突出学生学习活动的主体地位。在教学中只有驱动学生自己去主动介入，历经留意、思索、生疑、解疑、制造等心理体验，才能使之理解和把握语文学习的规律，养成习惯，形成学力。其次，课堂设计要变“教”为“导”，形成教与学的互动推动。教师应充分了解“学情”营造使学生主动参加的教

13、育情境，有针对性地进展学法训练，提高学法指导的自觉性，适时引导学生自悟学法，有意识地强化活用，加强力量迁移。 新课程下的语文教师，传授语文学问作为语文教师的全部职责，在教学活动中，要学习语文学问，注意培育学生学习语文的兴趣，要新颖感转化为未知欲。激发学生兴趣，培植学习语文的自信念。“无论是条件好或差的学校，到处有课程资源，时时有课程资源。它是可以再生的，尤其是新教材的实施中，教师依据自身进展需要，开发利用课程资源，提升自己素养和力量。 新课程下的语文教学课程应致力于学生语文素养形成和进展。在课程的根本理论中提出要“全面提高学生的语文素养“。“九年义务教育阶段的语文课程，必需面对全体学生，使学生

14、获得根本的语文素养。 “在这个“素养“是一个崭新的概念。教师在教学课堂评价中要采纳科学的评价方法，挖掘教材中的“文化蕴育点“，培育学生喜爱祖国语文的思想感情，指导学生正确地理解和运用祖国语言，丰富语言的积存，培育语感，进展思维，使学生具有适应实际需要的识字写字力、阅读力量、写作力量、口语交际力量的评价。 课程标准中还有一个值得留意的突出板块就是课程的评价。长期以来，语文课程的评价主要侧重在考察学生到达学习目标的程度，而评价的方式又大都采纳试卷考核的方法，这种以“分”为本的评价严峻地扭曲了语文教学的价值取向，使语文教学蒙上了剧烈的功利颜色。其实，语文学科有着丰富的人文内涵，可以说它最能影响一个人的精神世界。新的课程标准在“评价建议”局部，就对语文课程的评价提出了新的实施原则、方法和策略，并为实施留下了肯定的制造空间。 总之，一切的革新必需在实践中提高，在探究中前进，盼望初中语文教学在新课程改革的大道上一路走好。
