Strong skill on problem finding, analyze and solving. 篇2:本钱部土建预算员岗位职责 负责编制开发区域土建局部总概算和单项工程综合概算，施工图预算，做到编制准时，内容齐全，数据精确。 参与图纸会审和设

4、计交底。 负责审核施工单位编报的土建局部工程预算和材料规划。 负责编制工程招标标底，为评标工作供应牢靠依据。 编制招标文件，组织公司有关部门及律师会签。 参加工程招投标，重点进展商务评标。 参加施工合同的签订，明确承发包范围，并精确把握合同规定条款。 参加材料设备招投标及材料设备选购合同会签。 参与大型土石方、挡土墙、主体等工程实物量测定和土建隐藏工程验收。要求做到实地测量，验收精确，仔细做好各种记录，为结算工作积存精确的原始资料。 参与工程竣工验收，审核竣工工程决（结）算，做到审核准时、精确。 负责审核施工单位提报的月完成工程量报表，并提出付款意见。 参加材料、设备价格信息的收集、整理，参加材料、设备限价单会签。 准时完成领导交办的其它工作。
