12、2 建设单位下发的临沂市图书馆综合楼文化大厦建筑施工图纸；1.3 QTZ125G 塔式起重机安装使用说明书;1.4相关规范、规程要、技术求。二、工程概况2.1 临沂市文化广场工程位于新华路的西侧，红旗路的南侧。文化广场住宅楼部分由 C、D、E 三栋楼构成，位于整个建筑群的西侧。D 座楼位于三栋楼中间位置。地下室 2 层，地上共 33 层，建筑总高度 103。1 米。地上 1-3 层总高度为 10.4 米，4 层以上为标准层,层高 2。9 米。主楼基础筏板面标高9。48 米、裙房基础底板面标高-9.88 米；考虑基底岩石开挖难度且南侧主楼结构已经施工到 4 层，塔吊基底不再深挖,标高与裙房基底标

13、高相同，塔吊基础位于 D 楼北侧裙房内。2。2 地质情况：详见建设方提供临沂图书馆综合楼岩土工程勘察报告。三、塔吊选型及技术性能指标1、塔吊选型考虑目前施工进度需要，CD 楼必须同时进行主体施工，而 E 座楼未完成主体结构施工，E 座楼塔吊只能满足 DE 楼施工。因此考虑在 D 楼东北侧安装一台塔吊可确保 DC 两栋主楼同时进行主体结构施工（具体位置见附图），塔吊型号为 QTZ125 附墙式塔式起重机。由江苏张家港浮山建设机械有限公司生产的 QTZ125 塔式起重机为水平臂架、小车变幅、上回转自升式多用途塔机，其标准臂长 45m,加长臂可为 55m，最大起重重量为 10T，起重力矩为 125T

25、 surface area and volce area and vol ume 1,size 2,table.ume 1,size 2,table.和和比压为 15T/的塔吊基础，按照生产厂家的塔吊说明书要求，基础采用6.06。01.4m 钢筋砼基础，设计砼标号为 C30.1。2 基础施工由于塔吊基础底标高与裙房基底标高相同，即塔吊基础底标高为-10。28 米。根据土石方开挖情况，挖至方案定的塔吊基础底标高后按规范要求进行清槽,清槽验收后即可浇筑基础垫层砼。垫层面标高比设计标高低 50,同时考虑塔吊基础底筋与裙房基础底筋的重合，可将垫层再降低 50，垫层浇筑完成后即可进行防水层、防水保护层施

26、工。考虑本塔吊基础与裙房基础底板部分重合同时为加快塔吊安装速度，基础砼采用 C40S8。在绑扎完塔吊基础配筋后将该部位的底板钢筋按图纸要求绑扎完成并预留搭接钢筋，配筋详见下图:绑扎基础钢筋时先绑扎基础下层钢筋网，再用汽车吊配合固定好塔吊的四个脚柱（脚柱埋入混凝土为800mm），为确保四个脚柱间位置正确先用一节标准节将四个脚柱连接。用水准仪抄测脚柱上口标高,且必须水平,误差在 1mm 以内,然后按照施工图纸要求绑扎该部位的裙房基础底板钢筋，最后绑扎基础钢筋上层网片和拉钩钢筋以及预留的钢筋.在砼浇筑过程中测量人员随时跟踪复测塔吊脚柱，发现偏差立即调整。现场做二组同条件试块和一组标养试块，以确定安装

39、:1.1 安装之前必须做好安全技术交底，基础验收合格.同条件试块必须达到设计强度的75%以上。1。2 选定有专业认证资质的企业进行塔吊的装拆、顶升及附着.1.3 装拆作业范围内必须派专人看护，四周围挡，挂上警示牌,禁止非作业人员入内。安装场地准备，汽车吊的运行路线。2、装拆顺序：塔吊安装选用50T汽车吊。2.1 吊装塔身基节和一节下塔身（踏步上有孔)，并用螺栓与下部结构连接(注意标准节上有踏步的一面要垂直于建筑物）。初次安装7节下塔身。2.2 将爬升架套入塔身，注意套架上有油缸的一定要对准塔身有踏步的一面。2.3 在地面上，将上下支座以及回转支撑、回转机构等用螺栓联成一体后，吊装到塔身和套架上
