22、作二、准备工作1、施工场地平整:清除表面石头及杂物，并进行平整场地的准备,确保施工现场平整有序。2、盖梁模板进行并清理，钢筋加工制作。3、水电设施配备齐全，各种机械设备进厂并保证各种设备运转良好。4、测量放样，由测量队用全站仪准确放样，并请监理复核。三、施工方案三、施工方案1 1、盖梁施工技术方案（后附框图、盖梁施工技术方案（后附框图)本合同段内所有双柱式墩盖梁均采用摩擦抱箍法进行施工.摩擦抱箍法是在圆形墩柱上设置钢抱箍，钢抱箍是用 14mm 厚的钢板制成的组焊件，箍板宽度依承载力确定;钢抱箍由两个半圆弧组拼而成，用 20mm 的高强螺栓紧固；两半圆弧间设有 50mm 的间隙，以利于加劲。钢抱

23、箍连接处设置两排螺栓孔。该技术的优点是：克服了预埋型钢牛腿或后穿牛腿法对墩柱质量的影响，盖梁施工质量高、周期短;采用螺栓连接两半抱箍，且不需设置砂筒，施工效率高；同直径的墩柱盖梁可周转使用,大大降低了工程成本。每半钢箍连接处，上、下各焊一块 35010020mm 的水平钢板,做为承重牛腿，在上、下水平板间设置四道竖向加劲板，以增强承重牛腿的刚度。钢抱箍内侧与墩柱接触处用5mm 厚橡胶皮环包，以增大墩身与抱箍间的磨擦力,并避免钢抱箍与墩柱间的刚性接触,损伤混凝土表面。其施工工艺流程是：设计抱箍型式(计算箍板宽度、紧固螺栓规格等）按设计型式制作抱箍安装钢抱箍采用油顶进行抱箍承载力试验安装托梁、铺设
