1、浠水县胜强巴河土特产经销店 食品经营者进货检查验收制度 食品经营者进货检查验收制度 浠水县胜强巴河土特产经销店 第一条 食品经营者为食品安全第一责任人,其法定代表人或者负责人必须对经营的食品安全负主要责任,严把食品质量入市关。第二条 市场开办者要承担食品质量安全监督责任,与食品经营者共同承担食品安全第一责任的职责,严防食品安全事故的发生。第三条食品经营者要建立健全内部质量管理制度,落实领导、部门负责人和工作人员的食品质量查验责任,设立食品质量监督员。严格查验食品质量的真实性,严防有毒有害、污染、变质、不合格食品、冒牌食品进入经场所,严防食品安全事故发生。第四条食品经营者购进食品时,要实行三级查
2、验制度。采购食品样品为一级查验,要索取和查验供货单位和生产单位的营业执照、卫生许可证、生产许可证、检验检疫报告、QS 等质量认证标志、商标注册证等证明文件,看其主体资格是否合法、食品质量是否合格。批量采购食品为二级查验。采购人员、食品质量查验人员要按所进食品批次索取质量检验检疫报告、QS 等质量认证文件夹、质量合格证等文件,查验其是否真实 有效,要开箱检查和抽查食品质量,查验是否霉变、生产日期是否真实,要查验食品包装标识是否符合法律法规的规定,是否有中文标注的食品名称、规格、厂名、厂址、生产日期、保质日期。入库和出库为三级查验。仓库管理人员或者验收人员要对照“食品进货单”或者“食品进货合同”,
3、再查验食品质量、质量检验检疫报告、质量认证文件、质量合格证等文件和包装标识的真实性和有效性。供货单位和生产单位提供的营业执照、卫生许可证、生产许可证、质量检验检疫报告、QS 等质量认证标志、商标注册证等证明文件复印件,要加盖其印章。第五条食品经营者发现有毒有害、污染、变质、不合格食品、要详细造册登记,立即报告 工商行政管理局或者质量检验检疫、卫生行政等执法机关,并按照规定予以销毁或者退回供货商处理。经营者签字或盖章,年 月 日 is completed in time for said items taken from the balance box,put weights in the we

15、货时,向供货方索取的有关票证进行查验,以保证食品来源渠道合法、确保食品质量安全。第三条 经营者与初次交易的供货单位交易时,应索取证明供货企业和生产加工企业主体资格合法性的证件,并保存复印件,以后每年核对一次。应索取的证件如下,1、营业执照,2、生产许可证,3、经营许可证,4、卫生许可证,5、法律法规规定的其他证明文件。第四条 经营者在购进食品时,应当按批次向供货单位或生产单位索取证明食品质量符合标准或规定,以及证明食品来源的票证,并保存复印件。应索取的票证如下,1、食品质量合格证明,2、检验(检疫)证明,3、销假售票据,4、有关质量认证标志、商标和专利证明,5、强制性认证证书(国家强制 认证的
