1、 安保及廉政专员工作职责与职位要求职位描述： 职责描述： The Security and Anti-Corruption (SAAC) Specialist supports Hi-Ps Corporate SAAC organization to improve Hi-Ps worldwide security and anti-corruption program. The Corporate SAAC organizations responsibilities include ensuring corporate assets (hardware & software) being

3、build execution foundation, which includes organization, security systems, standard operating procedures/policies and training to fulfill the functional objectives of security of corporate assets and prevention, deterrence and detection of non-ethical and fraudulent acts. 帮助企业的SAAC治理层建立执行根底，包含组织、安保系

11、、培训、监视、业绩、费用的报销及请假等日常工作 Daily work on recruiting, managing, training, supervising, KPI, claiming and leaving of security guards. （1）安保人员的工作职责与职位要求 Recruiting security guard 由该厂人事部提出工作职责与职位要求安保申请，面试时必需有安保主管参加，双方共同打算是否录用。 Security guards are requested by site HR, interviewed by security specialist and

12、 decided by both. （2）安保人员的监视及治理 Supervising and managing of security guards 不定期巡岗，查看岗位记录。每月的其次个周的星期二给安保班/组长开一次会并邀请各工厂的HR部参与，审核安保日常的工作，传达一些上级的指示及听取下属的报告。 Patrol and check security records aperiodically. Meeting with security leaders and site HR on every second Tuesday of the month for the purpose of

13、checking security daily work, delivering the new orders from high level management and listening to the report of subordinates. （3）安保人员的培训 Training for security guards 依据全部安保根据级别和进厂时间，安排每月的第四个周的星期二为安保进展岗位培训。 Provide job training for all the gurds on every fourth Tuesday of the month according to the

14、ir level and first working day. （4）安保人员的每月考评业绩 Monthly performance of security guards 每个月20日25日班组长将全部安保的业绩打完后交于安保主管审核，并且将班组长的业绩打完后一同交于上级安保经理审批。 Security specialist should send the monthly performance of all the security guards include leader to security manager after receiving from security leader b

15、y every 25th. （5）批示及审核各类报销费用及请假 Approvemnt of leave and claim 安保在费用报销及请假时，将填好的报销单或请假单交于安保主管审核批示。 Security guards should submit the forms of claim and leave to security specialist for approval. （6）其他日常工作 Other daily work 二、 安保系统的设计及实施 Design and implement of security system （1）安保系统的设计 Design of secur

16、ity system 在公司建立新厂或更新公司安保系统时，安保主管必需依据公司及安全需求进展监控、门禁、人员安排及流程的设计，并交于公司上级审核。 Submit the design of security system include CCTV, door access, personnel and procedure to superior according to the security requirement when setting up a new plant or updating the security system. （2）安保系统的实施 Implement of sec

17、urity system 根据已通过审核的规划，安排、建立、监视及推广整个实规划。 Implement the security system include installation, arrangement, monitoring and popularization after approved. 三、 安保程序和流程的编写 Design of security policy and procedure 当发觉公司安全政策方面有漏洞时，需准时编写相应的政策及程序，并由安保经理审核后发于全公司知道。 Inform all the staff about the new procedure

18、and policy with approval once the loopholes have been found. 四、 安保公司的治理、监视、沟通 Management, monitoring and communication of security company （1）安保公司的治理、监视及沟通 Management, monitoring and communication of security company 常常审核安保公司外保的工作状况，准时传达上层的新政策，如有问题和安保公司主管沟通。 Always check the daily work of the guards

Keep contacting with the supervisor of security company if any problems. 五、 特别报告的查阅及批示： Disposal of incident report 安保将需要处理的特别大事报告由安保文员转交于安保主管，经审核、批示完毕后执行处理，处理完毕后将特别大事报告返还于安保文员留存备查。 Security specialist should dispose the security incide

The result must be kept by security clerk. 六、 公司内部大事调查 Internal investigation 处理一些员工投诉及内部大事，调查完毕后需写调查报告。 Provide internal investigation for some of the complain from employee with a investigation report. 七、 其他上级所指派的工作 Other orders from superior Corp Security Job Descriptio

21、n： 一、依据安保的审核标准和审核机制，定期对安保体系内审表进展更新,并对工厂的审核NC项进展跟踪，关注/催促改善状况的关闭状况； 二、汇总、分析各厂区的特别大事，必要时，参加工厂特别大事的调查、处理； 三、帮助保密工程安保DRI，对各工厂保密产品工程各阶段安全措施及运行进展监视、稽核并帮助工厂安保专员/主管对安保不符合项整改良度的跟踪。 四、帮助Corp Security Team其他人员对各工厂发生的不合规或盗窃大事的调查。 五、其他安保与廉政总监所指派的工作。 职位要求： 1.大专及以上学历 2.英文书写流利，CET4以上 3.熟识把握MS Office软件技能 4. 良好的沟通协调力量以及规划和组织力量 5.为人诚恳、正直
