1、 室内软装设计师岗位职责 室内软装设计师 珠海明德工程设计有限公司 珠海明德工程设计有限公司,明德 岗位职责: 1. 按工程及公司要求进展软装方案设计; 2. 依据方案设计要求完成软装各环节的选配及摆放; 3. 对相关设计素材进展收集整理归档; 4. 在达成整体效果根底上,有效掌握选购本钱。 任职资格: 1、本科以上学历,设计、美术、服装、纺织相关专业专科以上学历; 2、两年以上室内软装主案设计工作阅历,有较强的审美力量、美术表达力量和颜色感; 3、娴熟把握CAD、Photoshop、Cord Draw、PowerPoint等专业软件; 4、参加软装工程客户的接待,按时完成软装工程的设计及工程

2、的执行,熟识地产公司软装配饰工作流程; 5、依据工程需要到现场勘察、进展现场软装摆场; 6、熟识各种装饰风格和各类艺术手法与工艺,了解把握最新时尚询问、软装流行趋势; 7、对软装配饰产品特别熟识,了解产品的风格及产地; 8、熟识家具、灯具、窗帘、饰品、工艺品等软装材料特点及工艺; 9、具备较强理解与表达力量强和现场管控、沟通协调力量; 10、具备较强的创意和筹划力量,能够提交满意客户要求的设计方案; 11、良好的沟通力量与团队合作精神、刻苦耐劳、能适应加班及出差工作; 12、能进展软装饰品的价格谈判及选购,有效掌握本钱,并对软装产品质量亲密掌控。 篇2:高级室内设计师岗位职责 高级室内设计师

4、ng through concept and schematic design independently; 2. 参加设计任务书的编制,依据公司要求和工程定位,负责对托付设计的各阶段设计成果进展审查、复审; Take part in the establishment of the design specification; review each stage progress of the assignment design in terms of the requirements of company and projects; 3. 充分了解工程工程状况、甲方要求、各阶段时间进度及工作

5、内容等,确保工程按规划有效执行; Communicate and coordinate with the design institution, design and complete the structures of premises and indoors/outdoors renderings; 4. 参加工程的图纸、技术的交接工作,准时解决甲方对图纸或技术上提出的相关问题; Follow up the whole project process included project drawings and any technical issues, connect with the d

6、esign institution to amend or modify technical problems promptly; 5. 帮助工程公司解决工程施工过程中遇到的技术难题或与设计要求不相符合的问题; Assist to solve variety technical problems in the process of projects; 6. 帮助处理好与甲方之间的关系,保持良好的外部合作环境; Remain good relations with clients to cooperation; 7. 公司安排的其他工作。 Accomplish the other assignm

7、ents that arranged by the company. 任职要求Job Requirements 1. 室内设计、艺术设计等相关专业,本科及以上学历; 2. Bachelors or above degree in Interior Design or related majors; 3. 5年以上室内设计工作阅历; 4. Minimum of 5 years experience in the field of Interior Design; 5. 娴熟的手绘美术功底,娴熟操作CAD,3D,PS等相关绘图软件及办公软件; 6. Proficiency in sketching, AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, 3D, Photoshop software; 7. 较强的方案设计力量,理解力量强,具有优秀的沟通技巧和人际交往力量,能承受工作压力; 8. Strong design concepts, good understanding, excellent communication and people skills, can work under pressure.
