8、ear plan towards my future,I caught every opportunity to participate in extracurricular research projects and internship work in order to practice my social ability.In the sophomore year,I took an active part in our professors project on Chinese Saving Behavior,from which I learned much about the qu

9、antitative method in economy by applying knowledge to the real cases and witnessed the rigorous standards in data collection through conducting surveys.During the research process,I was praised by my professor with my strong quantitative skill,effective ability in dealing with the practical problems

10、 and strong leadership in team work.Later,I published an empirical accounting article focusing on how educational backgrounds of independent director in a board affect the companys performance on a core journal Economic Views.During the thesis writing period,I firstly spent much time in collecting m

11、aterial and data from CSMA data base and from internet.When I did research and analysis to the data,I met problems that I cant include the ideal conclusion whatever different models I tried.However,I didnt give up but try another angel.By deleting all data of the financial industry and doing deeper

12、research on the other data,I finally got good result and finished my thesis on high quality.The publication of thesis proved my research ability and improved my confidence in academic study in postgraduate programme.Besides the academic study and research experience,I also paid much attention to app

13、ly knowledge to field work through taking internships.Among my several internships in taxation firms,national banks,and future company,I gained the most from the work in Accounting Settlement Department of Bank of Communications,which is the 5th national bank in China.Under the guide of the manager
