8、ntilever Strudture are described in the General Descirption Point.The importend is the manufacturing of the cantilever devices according the results of the Cantilever calculation.腕臂与定位装置应在仓库加工预配,然后现场安装。在前文的接触网一般性介绍中,对腕臂的安装已经作了描述。就腕臂结构而言,最重要的是要严格按照腕臂计算书的数值进行加工预配。For the preassembling in the warehouse
9、 special instruction and training will be organized.预配之前,还要在料库组织专门培训。These installation instructions are valid for the type and variant of the product described in drawings Point 3.本指导书用于保富铁路公司图纸第 3 条 所描述的各种零件。This installations instruction contains information about the structure and method of inst
10、allation of the product.This should be read by all persons working on,or with the product.本指导书包括所用零件的结构及安装方法,适用于所有对其加工或安装的人员。WARNING 注意事项 Use the product only for its intended purpose 本产品仅适用于设计文件所规定的目的。The use complies with the intended purpose if:用途必须与设计目的相吻合:the product is operated in accordance w

17、 Functioning 设计与性能 Steady Device is attached to cantilever structures.One end of this device will be connected with the X-Tube of the cantilever by a eye clamp,and the other end will be connected with messenger wire support clamp by a stay wire.定位装置连接于腕臂结构上,其中一端通过定位环与斜腕臂连接,另一端用定位管吊线与承力索支撑线夹相连接。The s
18、teady arm is connected to the contact wire by a steady clamp(contact wire clamp).The steady clamp(contact wire clamp)fits to the contact wires according to Chinese standards with cross section 150 mm2.定位装置中的定位器通过定位线夹与接触线相连。定位线夹适合中国 150 mm2(正线)及 120 mm2(站线)标准截面的接触线。The limited steady device shall mee

23、Instructions 安装及维护指导 revision 04 date 2009-02-12 Project Wuhan-Guangzhou PDL doc.no.52331910.doc 把定位环(图 3a)安装在直径为 70 毫米斜腕臂管的经过计算的位置上,垂直地调整该定位环的位置。装上垫片,用力矩扳手拧紧 U 形螺栓的 2 个螺丝。螺丝的最大力矩为 70 Nm。对两个螺丝的力矩进行检查,力矩应该一致。2.Once the eye clamp is fixed to the skewed cantilever,take the swivel joint and put the ear
24、of the eye clamp between the two ears of the swivel joint.装上定位环之后,把定位环的单耳放入旋转接头的两个耳朵之间。Fix the eye clamp with the swivel joint with the pin(Fig.3b)and save with the split pin.用销钉(图 3b)固定定位环和旋转接头,然后再插上开口销。3.Put the clampbody of the swivel joint between the two ears of the clevis end fitting for tube
25、and fix the two fittings with a pin(Fig.3c)and save it with the split pin.把旋转接头的本体插入双耳套筒的两个耳朵之间,插上销钉(图.3c),然后用开口销将其锁闭 4.Install the steady tube 55 mm inside the eye end fitting and tight the two bolts with a torque controlled spanner at 75 Nm per bolt(M1)and 50 Nm per nut(M2)把直径为 55 mm 的定位管插入双耳套筒,用力
