2、流和商务沟通的能力。通过模拟商务情景对话,角色扮演, 视频音频听力训练等课堂活动,使学生了解商务听说的性质特点,熟悉常用的商务交际用语、 掌握商务活动情景对话中的语言要点以及相关的专业词汇,为提高学生的综合素质奠定一个良 好的基础。2 .对接培养岗位能力本课程对接的岗位能力附属于“毕业要求3、5、6”,对接的指标点为“3.1、3.2、5.2、6.1、6.2。岗位能力包括:(1)扎实的英语听力能力;(2)扎实的英语口语表达能力;(3)对 文化差异的理解、适应和沟通等能力;(4)企业组织架构,熟悉商务办公领域中英语表达和习 惯用语的能力;(5)能够进行跨文化商务沟通的能力三、课程教学目标本课程的教
