8、15, 36 (1) : 240-244.17王建华药用氨基酸J.世界临床药物,1982 (4) : 37-40一全文完一Summary:以贵农五号刺梨为材料,采用氨基酸自动分析仪测定了三个叶龄叶 片(未展叶、展开叶和成熟叶)及花瓣中的氨基酸组分及含量。结果表明:刺 梨叶片和花瓣中均含有17种常见氨基酸,氨基酸总量从高到低依次为:未展叶(14052 g/100g)成熟叶(12829 g/100g) 展叶(11742 g/100g) 花瓣(5237 g/100g),其中未展叶中7种必需氨基酸占比达40297%,呈现出最高 的营养价值。进一步分析表明,刺梨叶片和花瓣中富含多种游离氨基酸、呈味 氨基
