2、1 前言 Preface1.1 课程定位 Course Orientation酒水知识与调酒技能课程是酒店管理专业的专业核心课程,是学生即将从事酒店或 餐饮行业必修的岗位能力课程。Beverage Knowledge and Bartending Skills is the core course for the students majoring Hotel Management and the required course for them who will be engaged in Hotel or Catering Industry.本课程注重知识性与实践性两个方面,一方面培养学生
3、的酒水知识和管理理论;另一方面 也注重培养学生的酒水服务操作技能;将理论与实践相结合,同时也注重学生应变能力、创新 能力、创业能力的培养。This courese focuses on the knowledge and practice. On one hand, the course can help the students learn the beverage knowledge and managing threoies. On the other hand, it also can be helpful for the students to catch the skills of
