2、.学习知识产权在国际层面下的机会和问题、各国知识产权制度的差异以及国际协调;3 .学习有关知识产权的重要国际组织以及它们所管理的有关知识产权的国际公约;4 .学习专利的特点、历史以及各国专利保护的差异和主要争论点;5 .学习商标的特点、历史以及各国商标保护的差异和主要争论点;6 .学习版权的特点、历史以及各国版权保护的差异和主要争论点;二、课程目标达成的途径与方法1 .课堂教学:准备有情趣的学习内容,创设轻松愉快的课堂氛围。2 .课堂讨论:设计多种多样的选择题、案例题供学生讨论。3 .课外作业:翻译教材段落,培养学生实际应用能力;4 .小组作业:小组合作,口头展示,培养学生的团队精神。三、课程
3、主要内容与基本要求第一章国际知识产权法导论掌握知识产权的定义、分类和特点,掌握知识产权垄断权的有关限制,了解知识产权取得的 方式。第二章国际环境下的知识产权了解知识产权在国际环境下的重要性,理解各国知识产权制度存在差异的主要原因,掌握知 识产权在国际层面卜的特殊机会和问题,掌握知识产权国际协调的方式。第三章国际知识产权组织了解国际知识产权组织的职责,掌握世界贸易组织和世界知识产权组织的产生、目标和相关 职责,了解欧盟和北美自由贸易协定。第四章国际知识产权公约、条约和协定掌握世界贸易组织管理的国际知识产权公约、条约和协定,了解其它国际知识产权公约。第五章专利和相关权掌握专利的定义、获得专利授权的

9、The Status of the CourseThis course is a professional selection course set up for the students majoring in intellectual property. International law of IP is the result of harmonization in the field IP through international efforts in the form of international treaties. It becomes even more important
10、 in the times of knowledge-based economy.
