1、2023高考英语总分值作文万能模板（八）书信之投诉信和抱歉信投诉信【题型分析与写作方法】题型分析：在生活中，人们通常用写投诉信的方式解决消费利益受损、正常生活和工作受到干扰等问 题。投诉信与普通书信的格式根本相同。但要注意的是，写投诉信的目的是解决问题而不是 泄愤，因此写信时一定要注意态度诚恳、直截了当。投诉信通常包括以下几个方面的内容：说明投诉的原因并表示遗憾；实事求是地陈述事 情发生的经过，切记不要夸大其词；指出问题引发的后果，提出批评及处理的意见或敦促对 方采取措施，或者提出所希望的赔偿以及补救方式。写作方法：首段：注意客观礼貌。a.自我介绍；b.引出投诉内容；c.说明目的要求。主体：展
