2、据、销售管理、主生产计划、物料需求计划、能力需求计划、采购管理、库存管理、生产作业管理、成本管理等。通过本课程的开设,可以让学生对ERP的基本概念、理论、方法和软件的功能进行综合学习,真正把握一个E即软件系统,充分理解 ERP真正的价值所在。并突出素质目标结合课程思政,鼓励学生自主创新,分享成果,结合课程思政培养学生精益求精的工匠精神。在教 学过程中围绕ERP基础知识,从以下几个方面组织教学:(1)以任务为导向,以学生为中心,通过案例教学法融入思政元素,采用参与式教学法调动学生兴趣,情景案例贯穿潜移默化地为 学生输入思政理念,让学生能够迅速进入情景,主动融入思政元素。并运用多种信息化手段,贯穿
3、于课前、课中、课后任务驱动教学法使 得学生在完成任务过程中培养担当意识。(2)在教学中充分考虑学生实际能力和个体差异,采用分组对抗小游戏,补足学生短板,使学生能适应企业信息化技术的发展,通 过布置课前任务,利用微课资源引导学生思考问题、解决问题,根据学生完成习题的情况,了解学生的认知规律,重组教学资源,优化教 学流程。Enterprise resource planning (ERP) is demand from market competition and a summary of practical experience. The course mainly introduces the principle of ERP and its application in today,s enterprise management, including: ERP theory, ERP system general business process, ERP basic data, sales management, main production plan, material
5、 requirement planning, capacity requirement plan, procurement management, inventory management, production operation management, cost management, etc.Through this course, students can learn the basic concepts, theories, methods and functions of ERP, truly grasp anERP software system, and fully under
6、stand the real value of ERP. It also emphasizes the combination of quality objectives and curriculum ideological and political education, encourages students to make independent innovation, share achievements, and train students craftsman spirit of striving for perfection in combination with curricu
7、lum ideological and political education. In the process of teaching, around the basic knowledge of ERP, teaching is organized from the following aspects:(1) Guided by tasks, student-centered, case teaching method is used to integrate ideological and political elements, participatory teaching method
8、is used to mobilize students* interests, and scenario cases are used to imperceptibly input ideological and political concepts for students, so that students can quickly enter into the scenarios and actively integrate ideological and political elements. And the use of a variety of information-based
9、means, throughout the pre class, in class, after class task driven teaching method to make students to cultivate sense of responsibility in the process of completing the task.(2) In teaching, students actual abilities and individual differences should be fully considered, and small games should be h
