1、CLASS-VP定量测定操作流程（外、内标法）1、新建方法一a设定仪器参数一方法储存，方法名为IS-test.met 2、先打开一个谱图，选择Define peaks指定色谱峰区域一出现如下窗口设定如下:点击0K3、编辑峰表（选择 Method/ peak/groups）设定如下：（内标法，3点校正，3号峰为内标峰；如为外标法，则无内标峰,不需指定表中ISTD ID#）改变 Name, Fit type, Zero,各个 Level 的浓度。方法储存4、通过后处理方式建立标准曲线（多点校正时需建立序列表）4-1 改变或建立序列表File/Sequence Edit点击OK注意： Run typ
