In these Regulations一、在本章程中2 Act means the companies Act ;法规（Act）指公司法；3 seal means the common seal of the company ;“印鉴”指公司的通常印鉴；4 secretary/7 means any person appointed to perform the duties of a secretary of the company ;“书记员” （secretary ）指任何被指派履行公司书记员

2、职务的人；expressions referring to writing shall , unless the contrary intention appears , be construed as including references to printing, lithography , photography and other inodes of representing or reproducing words in a visible form ;如无相反旨意，书面表达形式应解释为包括铅印、版印、影印及其他以可见 形式呈现或复制文字的模式；words or expressio
