19、动手，丰衣足食，都渗透着情感教育，告诉学生怎样有一个健康的生活方式，自己 动手独立生活。3. 整节课都采用了小组竞赛的形式，既提高了学生的兴趣和积极性，又扩展了学生的思维， 增强了学生的竞争意识。不足之处：本节课整体来说上得挺流畅，各个环节连接紧凑。从用秒钟计时，限时抢答健康食 品与垃圾食品，到自己动手，再到游戏设计“摆poss”，学生始终情绪高涨，积极地参与 到各项活动中去，尤其是游戏“摆poss”，学生非常感兴趣，每组都选派4位学生参加了 这个游戏，结果最终获胜的小组都兴奋得蹦起来。但也有些地方不尽人意。比如说限时抢答 时间过短，学生回答不完问题。自编对话环节设计不够明确，学生编的对话千篇-律，缺乏 创新等等。
