1、Book5 Module6 Hungry Brown Bears(Workbook)教学设计夹江中学徐凌媛名称:外研社教材必修(2023 年 7 月第一版)Workbook Module 6 Hungry Brown Bears教学设计理念:基于现在的群文阅读的理念,特将课堂文本的阅读教学与外刊文本相结合的方式,并借助了多媒 体的辅助,提高了英语教学的效率和容量。文本解读:本模块的主题语境是人与动物(Animals in Danger) Workbook第99页的阅读文本Hungry Brown Bears 也紧贴该主题,全文共4个自然段,以记日记的形式来展开,从第一人称的视角逐步将“1-3-
2、1”展 现在读者眼前,即一个奇怪现象(棕熊时常出没于人类居住区觅食);三个严峻问题(棕熊挨饿;棕 熊栖息地的逐渐消失;棕熊被人类猎杀);一个后果(棕熊濒危甚至灭绝)学情分析:我校是所县高,处于城乡结合处,学生的英语素养和基础相对比较薄弱。上课班级是现高二理科班, 基础比较差,自主学习能力比较弱,所以设计了导学案,针对书上的文本设计了题,完成任务其实就 引导学生对文本提前进行了预学,预处理,在课堂上再逐渐引导他们对文本背后隐含的现象,问题, 结果进行体悟,并进一步延伸到措施的探索,此时再加上一篇与教材文本同一话题的外刊文章的阅读, 就顺理成章,对选取的文本按高考形式来设计题,一方面可锻炼学生解题
3、能力;一方面以其中一道题, 引导学生梳理出一些措施。教学目标:在本课结束时,学生能够:1 .对棕熊生存现状有所了解,从而激发学生对人与动物关系的一些思考2 .对教材文本的内容有更深入的认识,发现1-3-1 (上面有提到)3 .通过对补充文本的阅读梳理出保护动物的一些措施4 .通过这个课,学会这一类主题文章的展开形式,(现象-问题-原因-措施)并能将其迁移运用到写作中5 .完成固学案,实现对文章里面知识点的学习教学流程:一,课前(导学案)Read the passage (B5M6 workbook Page 99) and answer these questions.1.
