24、oidanceofdoingataskwhichneedstobeaccomplished.Thiscanleadtofeelingsofguilt,inadequacy,depressionandself-doubtamongstudents.Procrastinationhasahighpotentialforpainfulconsequences.Itinterfereswiththeacademicandpersonalsuccessofstudents.ExcessiveProcrastination?Procrastinationisputtingofforavoidingdoin

25、gsomethingthatmustbedone.Itisnaturaltoprocrastinateoccasionally.However,excessiveprocrastinationcanresultinguiltfeelingsaboutnotdoingataskwhenitshouldbedone.Itcanalsocauseanxietysincethetaskstillneedstobedone.Further,excessiveprocrastinationcancausepoorperformanceifthetaskiscompletedwithoutsufficien
