1、书面通知(Notice)通知是应用文较为常见的一种形式，主要是通知对方参加活动，有关事宜交代清楚就可以了，无需添加很多的细节。写作的结构一、为了醒目，一般要有标题。（notice）二、首段介绍的背景，目的意义。三、正文按照一定的逻辑介绍活动，包括活动的目的，具体内容，特别要求，时间，地点等，四、结尾处放置希望和祝愿的表达。五、落款需要署名发出的发出通知的单位。黄金5要素：活动背景，意义，时间，地点，注意事项注意事项标题：在正文上面正中的地方写上Notice.正文：包括具体的时间、地点、活动内容和注意事项。人称：书面通知第二人称时态：一般现在时/一般将来时为了丰富外国留学生的生活，你校学生会将举
