3、 both theirlistening and speaking abilities can be improved.II Analysis of studentsStudents in my class are very kind and are willing to cooperate with me.But because of thelimitation in their learning condition,they seldom open their mouth,nor consider English isinteresting.So in this class,I will
4、put some extracurricular knowledge to broaden their mind andmake my class attractive both in form and content.Ill Analysis of teaching aimsAccording to the English curriculum standard,teaching material and students,I set thefollowing teaching aims:(1)Knowledge aim:Students can know how to describe t
5、he process of making a banana milk shake and followits instructions.(2)Ability aim:Students can develop their listening ability by putting the instructions in order according to thelistening materials.(3)Emotional aim:Students can enjoy the pleasure of making food by themselves.IV Analysis of teachi
6、ng key points and difficult pointsThe key point is that students can put the instructions in order according to thelistening materials.The difficult point is that students can describe the process of making a banana milk shake freelyand bravely.V Analysis of teaching methods and learning methods1 1
7、1 mainly use Audio-Lingual Approach and Communicative Approach.I think,in this way,students can get a better understanding of this lesson.I want my students to learn in a cooperative way.I will design some pair works for them to learnthe target knowledge.VI Analysis of teaching aidsIn order to catch
8、 students attention,I will prepare multi-media and pictures.VII Analysis of teaching proceduresStep 1 Warm-up and Lead-inFirstly,I will show some food pictures on the PPT with which students are very familiar but donot know the English name.Then I will let students guess the English name of them,suc
9、h aspomelo,Chinese date,papaya,leek,day and lily.For example/Attention boys and girls!Please look at this picture!Do you know whats it?Yeah,you all know the Chinese name of it.But who can tell me the English name of it?Guess!Great!Its papaya!”Picture is quite a good way to draw students attention at
10、 the very beginning ofthe class.TheEnglish name of these food can broaden their knowledge and grasp the conscious oflearning English in daily life.So I can use this way to start my class.Step 2 Pre-listeningWhen presenting the new phrases on the textbook,Kd like to do some funny and exaggeratedactio
11、ns and let students guess the meaning of the phrases.Then let them write those words inthe blanks in the pictures on the textbook.Although they are junior students,they still needsome laughter.Whats more,I can set a good example of showing myself bravely for mystudents.And this kind of teaching can
12、make students understand and remember themeaning easier.Step 3 While-listeningIn this step,I will let them listen to the tape for the first time and put the instructions in order.Then listen again and check the answers with partners.Because of the above steps,studentscan get the information easily.A
13、nd listening and checking for twice can help them know their shortcomings clearer.Step 4 Post-listeningIn this part I will prepare a pair work to let them cover the instructions on the blackboard andtell their partner how to make a banana milk shake.I will give then 5 minutes to practice.Afterthat I
14、 will invite some of the pairs to share their conversations.In this step I mainly focus on theusage of the new knowledge.This alsoprovides them with a chance to open their mouth.Step 5 Summary and homeworkWhen do the summary,I think it is very important to let students to become the real host of the
15、class,so I will invite one of the students to review what we have learned and others make asupplement together.And the homework is to make a banana milk shake for their families andwrite down it as a dairy.This can help them consolidate todays new knowledge and enjoy thepressure of cooking.VIII Anal
