1、物流中心规划设计与运作课程设计任务书 交通运输工程 学院 物流工程 专业 2008级 班课程名称 物流中心规划设计与运作课程设计 题 目 陕西通汇汽车物流配送中心布局与优化 一、已知技术参数和设计要求（一）已知技术参数（1）、通汇公司仓储现状通汇公司现占地18104m2，仓库面积10223m2。现有仓库的主要功能是为“重型设备制造”集团的汽车生产线提供零件供应。重型汽车结构复杂，零件繁多，生产一套重型卡车通常需要几千个零件。假设集团月产400套重型设备，则仓库月周转量多达20余万件零件。目前，通汇公司共有北一北二两个仓库，分别为北一、北二两条生产线提供服务。仓库分别位于生产线的两侧。如此大的周

2、转量，加上库存精益化管理的要求，对仓库的布局结构提出了较大的挑战。此外，仓库是进行零件集中存储和管理的中心区域，其安全生产措施也是仓库规划和管理中必须考虑的，包括消防措施、仓库内工作人员安全保障措施、应急系统设计等。仓库的主要作业区域有：1. 接收区：接收来自供应商的零件并组织验收工作；2. 缓冲区（溢出区）：暂存由于数量过多而不能及时上架的小件，缓冲大件接收工作并组织大件的存储；3. 集中翻包区：将零件原包装翻包成标准包装（集装盒）或放于工位器具上；4. 货架区：存储小件及标准件；5. 存储区：存储中大型零件；6. 油箱、轮胎存储区：存储轮胎和油箱。7. 调度室：接收来自于生产线的需求单并调

3、度电动拖车拣选零件送往生产线。仓库作业的基本操作流程如图1所示：图1 通汇公司仓库基本作业流程通汇公司的仓库运作基本按照以上流程进行，但由于公司发展尚不健全，又受实际等条件所限，仓库目前的库存量较大，无法实现精益化管理。按照前述的仓库作业区域的划分，货架区和集中存储区的零件存储均是点对点式，即每种零件有专门的存储空间，而零件（大、中、小型件）的翻包工作则均在集中翻包区进行。由于生产线对各类零件的实际需求不等，这种点对点的存储方式就造成了仓库中部分区位零件堆放过多，而另一些区位储量很少甚至少部分空缺的现象。这不仅使仓库的存储面积不能得到充分利用，而且造成堆码很高的零件的取用困难。按照通汇公司 M

4、ilkrun 的发展规划，在未来几年内公司将基本建成闭环运输网络，通过信息系统的逐步搭建完成，实现库存管理的精益化。彼时，公司仓库的布局结构、生产设备型号及数量等均要求适应新的发展要求，库存量将减少到很低的水平。现行的库存管理和控制方式显然是不能适应通汇公司的长远发展要求的。目前，公司管理人员也在寻求库存管理和控制的合理方式方法，以期在未来的发展中能够适应并促进公司的整体发展。假设通汇公司仓库系统的库存零件总类有4421种，按供应金额（M）大小的品种序列及其占供应金额百分比、累计百分比见表1:表1 以供应金额排列的零件类别表供应金额（M）的分类（万元）品种品种累计占总品种数的百分比（%）占总品
