1、 初中英语教学设计初中英语教学设计反思(2篇)如何写初中英语教学设计(精)一 大家好,我是_x。目前任职的是初中三年级的英语教师。我于20_年8月开头工作,于2_x年8月获得中学二级教师职称,至今共5年。工作以来始终是满工作量。本人99年毕业于_专业本科。毕业后的就参与非师范类新教师培训,通过教育学,心理学,教材教法,一般话和信息技术的考试,取得教师资格。在工作后20_至2_x年期间,进修苏州大学英语专业,获得本科学士。 20_年大学毕业后在_学校任教2年。期间担当班主任,任教计算机课程,所带班级在省中级计算机统考中一次性全部通过。还辅导过计算机竞赛小组,负责网页及word操作局部,学生竞赛获
2、得苏州市团体三等奖。还任教过养分卫生课程,于20_年6月开过苏,锡,常地区公开课一堂。 20_年8月调入_中学至今,始终任教英语课程。其中20_20_学年担当班主任。20_20_年,三年时间带完一轮初中英语教学任务。其中20_20_学年担当初一年级组长助理。 在_的四年是学习的最多,成长最快的四年。在工作期间工作兢兢业业,听从领导的安排,团结四周同事,思想政治上积极要求上级,努力学习新时代对青年教师的要求,遵守各项规章制度,从各方面严格要求自己,探究新的教学思路和方法,争取把工作做到。 在做助理期间,工作更加琐碎,一个年级16个班级,做到通知准时到位,高效有序的协作协调好年级组长与班主任之间的
3、工作,培育了与人沟通,协调治理的力量。 在英语教学上,我更加刻苦钻研,虚心学习好的教法。平常坚持做到六仔细,常常听课沟通,准时了解学生的学习状态,积极鼓舞学生的学习兴趣。让学生学到了扎实的学问同时,也能在英语课堂上获得学习的欢乐。所带班级的成绩始终保持较好的水平。我指导的孙柯凡学生在20_年全国中学生英语力量竞赛中获得初三年级组三等奖。 在教学以外,我还始终留意对自己的连续教育,始终在不断努力提高自己的业务水平。 20_年暑假期间,我参与由江苏省教育厅组织,苏州教育学院举办的中小学骨干教师省级培训班学习,顺当结业。20_年1月份开头,业余时间参与由外籍教师教授的口语听力的培训。 20_年开头,
4、我校招收双语试验班,我在开办的两年来始终还兼职双语教学工作。发挥自己两个本科专业的优势为学校进展出一份力。其中20_年12月,全国首届双语节在苏州召开,我校也是分会场,我开了一堂科学膳食的全国公开课,获得了全都好评。20_年秋,在上级领导专家验收双语学校期间,我也开了一堂指纹的公开课。20_年,我的论文从学英语想到双语教学收入双语教育在苏州苏州市中小学双语教育论文精选,20_年,我的教案和文章收入校双飞燕双语教学成果篇。20_年,我的论文小图片,大身手生物双语课堂上的重要元素登载在校报草桥总第76期上20_-20_学年还负责治理我校与教育局联合主办的外教班,学员在参与剑桥英语的ket和pet等
