1、 初中英语教学设计初中英语教学设计反思(2篇)如何写初中英语教学设计(精)一 大家好，我是_x。目前任职的是初中三年级的英语教师。我于20_年8月开头工作，于2_x年8月获得中学二级教师职称，至今共5年。工作以来始终是满工作量。本人99年毕业于_专业本科。毕业后的就参与非师范类新教师培训，通过教育学，心理学，教材教法，一般话和信息技术的考试，取得教师资格。在工作后20_至2_x年期间，进修苏州大学英语专业，获得本科学士。 20_年大学毕业后在_学校任教2年。期间担当班主任，任教计算机课程，所带班级在省中级计算机统考中一次性全部通过。还辅导过计算机竞赛小组，负责网页及word操作局部，学生竞赛获

2、得苏州市团体三等奖。还任教过养分卫生课程，于20_年6月开过苏，锡，常地区公开课一堂。 20_年8月调入_中学至今，始终任教英语课程。其中20_20_学年担当班主任。20_20_年，三年时间带完一轮初中英语教学任务。其中20_20_学年担当初一年级组长助理。 在_的四年是学习的最多，成长最快的四年。在工作期间工作兢兢业业，听从领导的安排，团结四周同事，思想政治上积极要求上级，努力学习新时代对青年教师的要求，遵守各项规章制度，从各方面严格要求自己，探究新的教学思路和方法，争取把工作做到。 在做助理期间，工作更加琐碎，一个年级16个班级，做到通知准时到位，高效有序的协作协调好年级组长与班主任之间的

3、工作，培育了与人沟通，协调治理的力量。 在英语教学上，我更加刻苦钻研，虚心学习好的教法。平常坚持做到六仔细，常常听课沟通，准时了解学生的学习状态，积极鼓舞学生的学习兴趣。让学生学到了扎实的学问同时，也能在英语课堂上获得学习的欢乐。所带班级的成绩始终保持较好的水平。我指导的孙柯凡学生在20_年全国中学生英语力量竞赛中获得初三年级组三等奖。 在教学以外，我还始终留意对自己的连续教育，始终在不断努力提高自己的业务水平。 20_年暑假期间，我参与由江苏省教育厅组织，苏州教育学院举办的中小学骨干教师省级培训班学习，顺当结业。20_年1月份开头，业余时间参与由外籍教师教授的口语听力的培训。 20_年开头，
