(5) We didnt expect Jim _ (arrive) late.(三)语法知识:现在完成时 1. 构成:have/ has +动词的过去分词 2. 用法: (1)表示一个发生在过去的动作,到目前为止已经完成或刚刚完成,但其结果仍存在或对现在的情况仍有影响,常与already, yet, by this time, just, ever, never, before, so far, in the past
12、 / last two years等连用。(2) 表示“过去的动作”一直延续至今并有可能继续下去,常与由for或 since引导的时间状语连用。【特别提醒】当现在完成时描述一个从过去一直延续到现在的动作时,其谓语动词一定要具有可延续性,即一定要用延续性动词。从另一个角度说就是当现在完成时的时间状语是一段时间时,句中的动词一定要用延续性动词。 3. 现在完成时的一些常见句型(1) It has been / is + 一段时间+since引导的时间状语从句(2)一段时间+完成时结构+since引导的时间状语从句 【翻译】(1) 我们刚刚收到他的信。 We _ his letter. (2)他们已
