12、作环境，是我的首要任务。努力协作主管做好楼层治理工作，本着实事求是原则，做到上情下达，下情上报。本酒店的会议接待任务比拟重，但由于客房效劳人员因种种缘由常常短缺，这就要求自我强化工作意识，留意加快工作节奏，提高工作效率，力求周全，精确避开疏漏和过失。 二、加强自身学习，提高业务水平 虽然我的职务只是一名领班，但要做到优秀，自己的学识，力量等还有肯定距离，所以总不敢掉以轻心，向书本，向领导，向同事学习，这样下来感觉自己第一季度来还是有了肯定的进步，在治理力量，协调力量及处理问题等方面，有了进一步的提高，保证了楼层各项工作的正常运行。 三、存在的问题 第一季度，本人能仔细地开展工作，但也存在一些问
