1、数 学 数 学 比 武 活 动 总 结(Summary ofMath Teaching Competition)为期一个月的“展现个人风采,打造高效课堂”教学比武活动,在全体参赛教师的共同努力下,已经落下了帷幕。在这次活动中为我们呈现出了 1 5节各具风采的数学课。涉及到数与代数、图形与几何、统计与概率三大知识领域的内容。从课堂效果来看,每一位参赛教师都做到了高度重视,精心准备,力争展示出自己的最高水平和教学特色。一路走来异彩纷呈,精彩不断,让我们看到了大家在4 0分钟之外所付出的努力,谨代表全体评委组对老师们在活动中所表现出来的认真的态度、不懈的努力,表示感谢!(With the joint
2、 efforts of allparticipating teachers,the one-month teaching contest“Showing personal style and creating an efficient classroom”has come to an end.In this activity,we presented 15mathematics classes with various styles.It involves thecontent of the three knowledge fields of number and algebra,graphi
3、cs and geometry,and statistics and probability.From theperspective of classroom effects,every participating teacherhas paid great attention to it,carefully prepared,and strivedto show his highest level and teaching characteristics.Alongthe way,the splendor and excitement continued.Let us see thehard
4、 work of everyone in 40 minutes.On behalf of al 1 the judges,I would like to express our gratitude to the teachers for theirserious attitude and unremitting efforts in the activity!)纵观这15节课,一路走来,异彩纷呈、精彩不断,所有老师都能够在自己的原有水平上有所进步,有所提升。亮点之处有如下几点:(Throughout these 15 classes,all the teachers have been abl
5、eto make progress and improve on their original level.Thehighlights are as follows:)1.老师能够在课前深入研究教材,准确把握教学重难点,并选择适合学生年级特点的方法呈现出来。(1.The teacher is able to studythe teaching materials in depth before class,accurately graspthe important and difficult points of teaching,and choose amethod suitable for
6、the characteristics of the studentsgrade.)2.注重培养学生的自主能力,给学生提供独立思考的时间和空间,尤其是尝试小研究的运用,将教学的重心放低,还给学生学习的主动权。(2.Focus on cultivating students,autonomous ability,provide students with time and space for independent thinking,especially try to use small research,lower the focus ofteaching,and give students

8、tion tothese advantages,there are some shortcomings:)1.数学是一门逻辑性较强的工具学科,所以作为数学教师我们不单单要规范学生的数学语言,还要训练自己规范、简练、严密的教学语言,数学课堂最忌讳的就是啰嗦重复的教学语言,有点老师教学语言关还没过。(1.Mathematics is a logical tool subject,so asteachers of mathematics,we must not only standardize themathematical language of students,but also train o
9、ur ownstandardized,concise,and rigorous teaching language.Themost taboo in mathematics classroom is verbose repetition.Thelanguage of instruction,some teachers have not passed thelanguage of instruction.)2.还存在老师讲的多,学生说的少、做的少的现象,要想让课堂活起来一定要管住自己的嘴,能让学生说的老师绝不说,能让学生自学研究学会的老师绝不讲,要学会做站在学生身后的教师。(2.There is
10、also a phenomenon that teachers speak too much,students sayless,and do less.If you want to make the classroom alive,youmust keep your mouth in check.Teachers who can let studentsspeak will never say,and students can learn by themselves.Teachers of China never speak,but learn to be a teacherstanding
11、behind the students.)3.要正确处理好预设与生成的关系。学生是活生生的个体,一定要善于把握课堂中随机生成的精彩之处,抓住细节之处,才会使课堂有锦上添花的惊喜。(3.Correctly handle the relationship betweenpreset and generation.Students are living individuals.Theymust be good at grasping the wonderful things randomlygenerated in the classroom and grasp the details to mak
12、e theclassroom have icing on the cake.)4.学生的数学书写不工整、不规范,刘 xx老师不是说过吗,学生淡漠的地方一定是老师淡漠的地方,说明老师们在平时对数学书写强化不够。(4.The students*math writing is not neat and standard.Didn,t Teacher Liu xx say that the place where the students areindifferent must be the place where the teacher is indifferent,which shows that
13、 the teachers are not enough to strengthen themath writing in normal times.)5.结合咱们今天的两节课说一下,第一个环节原来叫课前两分钟,咱们给改了一下叫自我展示,就是为了让老师明白这个环节不是课前的,而是上课铃响之后的两分钟,可以使口算练习,品读数学日记,交流数学故事等等,有的老师没有这个环节。还有尝试小研究的应用,目的是给学生充分自主学习的空间,可以使课前以家庭作业的形式布置给学生,也可以是课上就某一个问题展开研究,不管是哪种形式的尝试小研究都应该与课堂教学紧密的结合起来,不是光把练习题搬到了学习纸上,今天展示的这两
14、节都有学生的尝试小研究环节,大家可以细细的品味一下,运用恰当了,题目设计合理了,既节省了课上讲解时间,又能够是孩子的自主探究能力得到提升。另外每一节的小研究题目,不是非要打印出来发给学生,可以在留家庭作业时让学生抄下来,上课利用实物投影一展示交流,形式可以灵活多样。(5.Combining our two classes today,the first link was originallycalled two minutes before the class,we changed it to callself-exhibition,just to let the teacher unders

17、 sections showntoday have students,trial small research links.You can tastethem carefully and use them appropriately.The topic design isreasonable,which not only saves the time for explaining inclass,but also improves the children,s independent inquiryability.In addition,the small research topics in
18、 each sectiondo not have to be printed out and sent to students.Studentscan copy them down when leaving homework,and use physicalprojection to display and communicate in class.The form canbe flexible and diverse.)此为借这个机会向老师们提四点要求:(This is to take thisopportunity to ask the teachers four requirements
19、:)1.对于课堂教学设计的出发点和立足点送给大家一句话:“放手就是爱,等待就是爱。”希望大家能够真正的把孩子当做学习的主体,知道孩子的需要,理解孩子的感受,还给孩子自主的学习空间。(1.Forthe starting point and foothold of classroom teaching design,I would like to give you a sentence:Let go is love,waitingis love.I hope everyone can truly regard children as the mainbody of learning,know th
20、eir needs,understand their feelings,and Give children independent learning space.)2.在以后教研活动时,评价一节课的水平高低,除了要看教师理解文本的深度,设计教学环节的合理性之外,更要看学生的学习状态是否高涨,要看学生的参与度、开口度达到了多少,课堂是学生的,如果学生不参与,学生不开口,何来高效的课堂。老师多优秀,讲的多精彩学生不参与课堂又有什么用呢?(2.In the future teaching andresearch activities,to evaluate the level of a class,
