17、d try to findsomething to do for a few minutes to get their mind off the problem.Aperson could get some fresh air,listen to some music,or do an activitythat will give them a fresh perspective on things.Remember that our fearful thoughts are made to seem worse andcan make the problem worse.72 When un
18、expectedly having thoughtsthat make you fearful or anxious,challenge those thoughts by askingyourself questions that will maintain objectivity and common sense.Be smart in how you deal with your fears and anxieties.Do not try todeal with everything all at once.When facing a current or upcoming taskt
19、hat makes you anxious,break the task into a series of smaller steps.73Remember that all the worrying in the world will not changeanything.Most of what we worry about never comes true.74Everything else you can leave in the hands of God.It is not easy to deal with all of our fears and worries.When you
20、rfears and anxieties have the best of you,try to calm down and then getthe facts of the situation.The key is to take it slow.All you can do is doyour best each day,hope for the best,and when something does happen,take it easy.75A.Take it one step at a time and things will work out.B.When feeling anx
