7、的安全及伤害说明案例下午,我们班的孩子在玩滑梯,大家都很遵守规则,开心地滑着。突然发生了一个小意外,陶宝在滑滑梯的时候太兴奋,因为急着往下滑,没有坐好,结果他一条腿弯着就滑下来了,当滑到底的时候,弯着的腿先着了地,好在他滑得不是太快,没有造成伤害。分析与措施分析 1.班里幼儿对滑梯很感兴趣,每次户外活动时,我都会安排充足的时间,让幼儿自由滑滑梯,每次都提醒幼儿要遵守游戏规则:排队、不争抢、不倒着滑滑梯。2.陶宝在玩滑梯的时候可能过于兴奋,还没有等前面的小朋友滑下去就紧跟着往下滑了,没有控制好姿势。措施 1.让配班教师负责其他幼儿继续滑滑梯。教师让陶宝暂时停止滑滑梯,检查了他的身体,并询问他是否

8、有疼痛的地方。2.告诉该幼儿,下次玩的时候一定要小心,动作不能太快,要坐稳了再向下滑。3.向全体幼儿再次强调规则:滑滑梯的时候,一定要坐好以后再向下滑,不能弯着腿滑。二、玩滑梯的伤害说明伤害预见 1.玩滑梯的时候过于拥挤,易导致幼儿被挤倒。2.滑梯零件松散、凸起,易导致幼儿被磕伤。3.幼儿头朝下往下滑,易导致头先着地被磕伤。4.滑梯攀爬入口无防护,易导致幼儿从滑梯上摔下。5.前面的幼儿没滑到底,后面的幼儿就接着滑下来,易导致前面的幼儿被压倒或踹伤。伤害面对 1.教师应保持冷静,先检查幼儿受伤的部位,查看幼儿是否伤到了骨头,如果幼儿不能移动,请保健医到现场检查幼儿的情况。2.如果是皮外伤,带幼儿到保健室进行处理即可;如果伤情严重要将幼儿送到医院医治。伤害补救 1.受伤幼儿在园期间,教师要更多地关注受伤的幼儿,在离园时将幼儿的情况告知家长,做好家园共护。2.教师随时提醒幼儿注意滑滑梯的安全。3.日常生活中,通过身边发生的伤害事例教育幼儿,增强幼儿的自我保护意识。
