1、那就看人民邮电出的教材咯，以那个作为复习的大纲，学习其中的商务知识，其配套的词汇训练、练习册等都是很好的材料。在此基础之上，专门被BEC词汇，这个我博客里也有专门的总结，你可以直接下载。这两块复习得差不多了，可以接触真题，并且不断做题和总结错误因素，适 应BEC命题形式。BEC听力第三部分（段子题）训练技巧应对B E C 中级听力特别是短文听力，其备考训练必须抓住竖听和横听两点结合来进行。所谓竖听，是指一套题目从头听到尾，从第一题听到最后一题，重在着眼一篇练习，将题目逐个击破。所谓横听，是指把相同题材和体裁的文章放在一块对照比较着听（比如将单人演讲的题目集中听，再将双人对话的题目集中听，分别体

2、会两种体裁的考题，各有哪些设计题目和安插干扰信息的特点），从而迅速抓住同类型文章的规律，真正做到以不变应万变。通过这样反复对比听，可以使我们不久掌握文章的模式和考题思绪，在短时间内抓住考点，做到举一反三。考生可以从B E C 中级历年考题中选取1 0 篇不同题材和不同体裁的文章，依据以下几个环节，横竖结合来进行精听训练。S t e p l：第一遍听录音时认真做题，对所选取的每段文章都认真仔细，注意时间，模拟考场氛围。做完以后还需注意记录对错个数，并分析选项设立特点，练习快速扫描选项的能力。S t e p 2：脱离文字材料再2-3 遍（具体听几遍因人而异，但不要超过5 遍）。先不要对照文字材料听

3、，应当反复使用播放设备（如 M P 3,电脑等）上的反复键，尽量凭单纯听力理解，努力听懂全文内容。听最后一遍的时候，可以对照文字材料，边听边核对自己之前听力理解的对的率，并结合文字对题目加深理解，重点划出商务词汇作词汇积累。对照原文听的时候尚有一个重要任务，就是分析听不懂的因素一一是语音、词汇还是语法？然后有的放矢地加以解决。必要时可以进行听写训练，具体训练方法及考点总结方法，请参见博文：听写训练法全程指导，具体文章链接，请见首页的“公告”。S t e p 3：在足够熟悉听力段落中的内容后，回过头来看题目和选项，一边听录音一边看，并在段落中找到每道题相应答案提醒点，仔细体会B E C 听力考试

4、的考点设立手法，分析自己为什么被某些干扰项误导。S t e p 4：跟着录音大声朗读，以提高自己的语速。假如自己的语速能基本跟上听力材料的语速，再做同类型题目，困难就不大了。一一这一点很重要哦！此外，练习过程中有一些事项值得我们注意，请大家养成良好的习惯，尽量避免：L 鸵鸟式听法。很多同学听力过程中没有动手的习惯，听就是听，在做题时才努力回忆与该题有关的信息。甚至有同学喜欢闭着眼睛听或者把头低下来，伏在桌子上听，并认为这样注意力更集中，但这样往往容易走神，听的效率非常低。2.多而不精。对于已经听过的材料，很多同学都很少再听，这是一个错误的观念。片面追求练习的量，并不能有效提高做听力题时的悟性，

5、必须专心去感受才干收到显著的效果。3.不愿对着文字材料大声朗读，认为听力就是听力，没有必要和朗读口语联系起来。其实听力考的是口头语言，口语提高了，听力也就自然而然上去了。同时朗读可以培养对的的语音语调，可以加强我们对文章的领悟力。4.训练时间安排不得当。听力训练需要思想高度集中，故时间安排以天天精神最佳时候为宜。时间不宜过长,每次连续听半小时到一小时就可。止 匕 外，由于听力是一种习惯成自然的技巧训练，所以最佳天天安排一段时间，切忌三天捕鱼，两天晒网。倒计时第3 5 天：BEC作文段首句常用句型一、对立观点命题形式的首句：1.Many people do not doubt that A is

39、。天：提 高 BEC听力水平一方面解决生词本文强调了词汇理解在听力中的重要性,特别是语速快,你那度较高的听力理解,词汇的纯熟掌握至关重要。对于BEC考生而言,请纯熟背出我在博客中整理的高频词汇。作为语言构成的基本要素，词汇所导致的听力障碍在诸多英语学习者当中可谓是屡见不鲜。各位网友在练习BEC听力时候,一方面扫除那些因词汇而导致的听力障碍，这是势在必行的。所以听不听得懂一方面要解决生词问题。虽然VOA Special English所采用的词汇相对较少，句型也比较简朴，但还是有许多人听不懂，因素在于:其一,有些单词你觉得比较熟悉，但在听的时候就是反映但是来或者反映太慢。其二,文章中此外存在着几

40、类学习者不熟悉的词汇,比如说一些专有名词（涉及地名、人名、机构名和专业领域词汇等。如：Venezuela n.委内瑞拉;The Procter and Gamble company宝洁公司）、一些用户不常用或者很少接触到的生僻词汇（如:iodine n,碘;lycopene n.番茄红素）、一些发音上比较困难或者是读音相近，但意思却不同的词汇（如:horticultural adj.园艺的；nutritious adj.有营养的;container n.容器和 contain v.包含;lung n.肺和 long adj.长的）。或者是一些词汇虽然常用，由于采用了不常用的含义，或者使用了单词

41、的其它形式或短语，从而导致理解的偏差;如:headed（动词原形为:head v.朝着方向走去）;tempering（动词原形为temper v.调和,使缓和）;burn up（消耗，燃烧掉）;development n.（患上的）病;开发;condition n.（健康状况,疾病）等等，针对这些单词，规定学习者先行了解,这样就会消除听力上的词汇障碍。正如平常我们在运动前总是要做一些 热身 那样，尽量活动自身肌体的每一处肌肉和关节，以避免或减少剧烈运动也许带来的伤害。听力训练也是如此，对于那些比较生疏，比较晦涩，比较专业的词汇,尽量听得越熟越好。BEC考试倒计时第19天：如何在口语考试中表达更

42、流利一些参与过BE 口语考试的网友往往有这样的感想，为什么在口语考试有时不能比较流利的讲出来呢？因素之一就是没有一个对的的思绪，大多数的时候,都是先用汉语的思维，从实话实说的角度来先考虑一翻，等想清楚了实际情况，再翻译成英语去回答，或者是边想边翻译。这就是问题所在了。对于英语水平不是很高的人来说，这个过程是要花掉一部分时间的，这就有构思和翻译两个环节需要完毕（当然，大家公认的最佳的方法是用英语来思考，但真正能做到的高手却不多）。并且，构思出来的汉语答案在翻译成英语的过程中又会出现一些问题。比如，有些词语或者表达方式一时难以灵活的运用，要不然就是跟本想不起来了，甚至有的时候尚有时态的问题，这就使

43、得最后的回答不抱负,以至于分数比较低。考官评分中很重要的一点就是流利的限度,假如象刚才我们谈到的那样，就很容易让自己的回答变得不通顺,不流畅，吞吞吐吐。自然不会有抱负的分数。总而言之,就是要想尽办法让自己的回答尽量的流利，清楚，完整，准确。所以，我们现在就来为这样的目的做一些改变。在听完考官的提问之后，不要立即就去想自己的真实情况（姓名除外）。为什么呢？由于有也许,我是说，有也许,真实的情况”会不太容易用英语来表达清楚，所以，应当在保证 符合逻辑 的前提下，想出一些比较方便自己进行回答的答案，换句话来说，就是，要把自己最熟悉的相关的短语和词句组织起来，形成你的答案，而不必去考虑这个答案是否是你

44、自己的真实的情况。第一，你不是在法庭上说证词,不用对你自己的话负什么法律责任，没人会追究你说了些什么（当然，最佳不要有过激的语言）。第二，你的答案是否真实，并不在考察范围之内，考官也并不知道你的情况，或者说,考官考察的是你的英语表达能力，而不是别的什么。所以，我们就可以尽也许的展开丰富的想象和联想，把自己的优势,自己擅长使用的词句，短语，等等，进行组织，来形成一个更易于流利表达的答案。当然,有些朋友也许会感觉，这样做会更麻烦，那就因人而异了。大家找到最适合自己的方法就好。此外再补充一点，个人认为口语中应尽量避免时间较长的停顿，即使用了不太恰当的表达方式,或者由于急于表达而犯一点小的语法错误，要

45、好于默不做声，无言以对。换言之，实在没词了，就想到什么说什么，别太踌躇。时间（分数）不等人啊。BEC考试倒计时第18天：阅读中如何回答细节性问题在 BEC考试阅读中，我们经常会碰到一些细节性问题。那么什么是细节性问题呢?细节性问题是关于SupportingDetails类的问题，通 过 Skimming找出主题后，应进一步掌握阐述和发展主题的重要事实,或按规定找出特定细节。在回答此类问题时,应采用查读法(Scanning),由于这些具体内容(Details是用来说明、论证或分析文章中心的。这类题目常以WH-形式来提问，如 who,what,when,where,why及 how等形式。这些问题

46、的表达常不采用文章中的原话提问,而是使用同义词语等，因此，在选择答案前应一方面看准题于，看清问题所问究竟;然后，在查读时注意寻找与题目相关的关键词语;最后，在充足理解原文、原题的基础上拟定对的答案.当然，这类细节性问题所涉及的面是很广的。有的涉及数字计算，如问时间、距离、次数、数量等，认真计算后方可选定对的答案;有的涉及正误判断，要先看选项，根据选项提供的线索，寻视文中相应部分，最后在题中选出肯定答案;尚有的寻问事实、因素、结果、目的等。总之，做细节题切忌通过自己对某类知识的主观了解和结识做出想像判断,一定要紧扣文章内容，不可随心所欲。细节类问题的命题方式有以下几种：(l)Which of t
