1、Module3 Unit1 Festivals and celebrationsReading and thinking Why do we celebrate festivals?Learning about language 教学设计一、 课程类型（课型）：词汇课二、 内容分析：本单元的中心话题是节日及其庆祝活动，该课作为阅读语篇Why do we celebrate festivals? 的词汇学习课，重点学习描述节日时间、起源、活动和意义等的英语词汇和短语表达。本节课旨在使学生对中心话题Festivals and celebrations在原有的基础上得到延伸，深化对节日的学习和理解，

2、在特定的语境中学习与节日相关的单词与词块，有助于加深学生对词汇的含义和用法的理解，提高记忆词汇的效率。此外，本节课也旨在将节日文化融入到英语课堂中，提高学生的文化意识，传承优秀传统文化。三、学情分析授课班级为高一年级普通班，经过高中一学期的学习，形成了一定的英语学习习惯，英语的综合语言能力有一定的积累。但班级学生基础仍旧参差不齐，大部分学生的英语基础薄弱，词汇量少，多数学生对传统文化的英文词汇积累不够。四、教学设计理念：借助阅读文本，在阅读语篇的基础上，通过视频、图片和相关介绍来贯穿整节课，在欣赏视频和图片中激活学生学习的兴趣，学习相应的描述节日的英文词汇。最后通过talking and wr

3、iting语言输出活动，正确使用词块和句型，使词汇学习从meaning到form 再到use. 五、教学目标At the end of the class, students can:1. make a list of some words and phrases about festivals; 2. describe a festival from its time,origin,activities and meanings;3. recite some expressions used to describe a festival；4. share their opinions onc

(About 80 words)2.Go over the words and word chunks.（设计意图：将课堂上口头描述泼水节的信息以写的形式布置家庭作业，旨强化学生从哪几方面描述节日的意识，懂得如何在写作中运用所学词汇，达到学以致用的教学效果。）九、 所选的技术以及技术使用的目的 在了解学生学情时，笔者利用了问卷星软件技术，设计学生词汇学习调查问卷，发给学生在线调查，得出调查结果可以了解学生词汇学习的现状与困难，有利于在设计教案时结合学生的学情，使课堂效率更高。在课堂导入与输出环节，都使用了节日视频，视频是摄像机拍摄或网络下载的，可以激发学生学习的兴趣，活跃课堂的气氛，有效地辅助教学。学科网（北京）股份有限公司
