1、 应用文之 道歉信 A LETTER OF APOLOGY题型解读道歉信应该反映自己具体的过失或疏忽，解释的理由要真实而详细，态度要诚恳，语言要诚挚，取得收信人的谅解。审题分析l时态：一般使用一般现在时和一般将来时。l人称：通常以第一、二人称。段落结构道歉信通常包括三部分内容：1.表示歉意，道歉原由；(写作目的)2.解释原因，提出弥补措施；3.再次致歉，请求谅解。语言要诚挚，解释的理由要真实。常用语块1.因某事向某人道歉 表示诚挚的歉意因而感到歉意 make an apology to sb forapologize to sb.for sthexpress ones heartfelt ap
