12、；On behalf of Party B,Party A is responsible tocontact with,introduce Party Bs products to andoperaterelated business activities with,promotesigning contract between party B and.（3）如果在采购合同执行过程中，由于甲方客户方面的不当，发生问题，在乙方的要求下，甲方有义务进行协调解决执行合同的问题；并要求甲方客户按采购合同及本合同条款执行。由于乙方的原因没有执行好合同条款的情况下，那么甲方有权要求乙方按采购合同及本合同条
