1、城市综合体英语翻译 第一篇：城市综合体英语翻译 城市综合体的英文翻译 UrbanCityComplex与HOPSCA (2022-11-4 ) 关于城市综合体，目前国内有两种翻译，即HOPSCA和UrbanCity Complex。原委哪一种翻译比较符合实际呢？ 在中国现时实践中所理解的城市综合体概念：将城市中的商业、办公、居住、酒店、展览、餐饮、会议、文娱和交通等城市生活空间的三项有时两项也可以以上进行组合，并在各部分间建立一种互相依存、互相助益的能动关系，从而形成一个多功能、高效率的综合体。 一 、城市综合体应当翻译为HOPSCA？ 以下是第一种翻译，即认为城市综合体就是HOPSCA，的相

2、关报道和引文： 1、万达商业地产开发的第三代产品，称为城市综合体，英文名为HOPSCAHotel(酒店)、 Office(写字楼)、Parking(停车场)、Shopping mall(购物中心)、Convention(会议中心)、Apartment(公寓)。本次招商的区域为成都万达广场大型室内商业步行街，接受国际时尚的中空走廊步行街设计，全长355米 ( :/bbs.hrb.soufun /) 2、HOPSCA：音译豪布斯卡，简称城市综合体，一般位于配套成熟、交通便利之地 3、关于HOPSCA(城市综合体)项目定位 4、所谓城市综合体HOPSCA，是将城市中的酒店Hotel、办公Office

3、 (郭向东.浅易城市综合体物业管理.中国物业管理，2007) HOPSCA起源于上个世纪70年头。许多国家针对城市中心区建设改 1 造进行了深度思索，当时开发功能区完好、建筑统一的原则慢慢流行起来。最早的HOPSCA是法国巴黎西北部的拉德方斯。目前已建成写字楼247万平方米、其中商务区215万平方米、公园区32万平方米、法国最大的企业一半在这里;建成住宅区1.56万套，可容纳3.93万人;并建成了面积达10.5万平方米的欧洲最大的商业中心;内有欧洲最大的商业中心，亦是欧洲最大的公交换乘中心。建成67公顷的步行系统、集中管理的停车场设有2.6万个停车位，交通设施完善;建成占地25公顷的公园，种植

7、 Provinces Thuan An District, some 20 kilometers from Ho Chi Minh Citys downtown.( :/e.maivoo /Business/)。 5城市综合体进展之道(The Development for Urban Complex) (张璐.城市综合体进展之道.走向世界，2009) 三、分析 1、西方国家由于规划严格例如，美国的zoning，各种功能区之间可以互相依靠，但不会像我们所认为的城市综合体那样多功能建筑混杂为一个项目。所以国外没有Urban Complex的概念需进一步论证。西方国家的HOPSCA是街区型大型项目

8、区的称谓，而非中小体量的功能混杂建筑集合体。另外根据HOPSCA的概念，它需要包含6种业态，没听说过国外业态残缺的HOPSCA。但我们国内的城市综合体要求较低，只需2-3种业态就可以了。 2、根据在CNKI中国知网数据库检索的1341篇文献，几乎都把城市综合体翻译为Urban Complex或City Complex，很少干脆等同于 3 HOPSCA。从国外文献看，不存在Urban Complex这与国外严格的功能分区规划有关，综合体建筑是中国特色的东西。HOPSCA讲的也是关于大型街区规划的概念，与我们现实中所理解的城市综合体概念出入较大。 图一：青岛典型城市综合体Urban Complex

9、 图二：大型城市综合体HOPSCA 3、根据以上现实和理论的探讨，再结合个人感受和理解，得出以下结论：类似于万邦中心、远雄国际和鹏利南华等见图一占地面积中小水平、由一种功能的建筑体通常是商业“穿插起其它功能建筑体的综合性建筑项目，可称为中小型城市综合体，翻译为Urban Complex比较恰当，属中国特色。类似于鲁商中心、中润世纪广场济南等见图二占地面积水平高、各功能建筑分区规划清晰、不需要由一种功能建筑体“穿插起其它功能建筑体的综合性建筑项目可以称为大型城市综合体，可以翻译为HOPSCA。 其次篇：综合英语4翻译 Unit 1 1.
