Emulsification The mixture of stearic acid(2%, w/w) and lecithin(1.5%, w/w) was heated to about 80 until the dispersion became nearly cl

3、ear. The co-emulsifier, poloxamer 188, was dissolved in an aqueous phase containing glycerol (2.25%) as isotonic agent. A predispersion of the melt lipid in this aquous phase that previously to approximately the same temperature was preared by magnetic stirring and sonication.2. Homogenization This

4、premix was passed through a high-pressure homogenizer for five cycles at 5000 psi.3. Cool The hot dispersion was allowed to cool down to 4 quickly to form solid lipid nanoparticle suspension, and then was stored at 4 or lyophilized for storage.4.
