8、相对滞后，对药物治疗过度依赖，不了解进行积极肺功能康复的重要性，导致肺康复治疗没有得到有效的推广。二是因为提供者可能忽视。三是患者对获得途径或相关获益缺乏有效的认识。进行肺康复会与经济、文化、 地理、 运输等条件有相关性。对COPD患者来说，门诊康复是可以被家庭康复所替代的。因匮乏康复设施的场所，家庭康复成为一种解决方案。只要强度和频率相同，无论是家庭康复、社区康复还是医院康复都会同样得到明显的改善结果。这为很多居住在不能完成以医院为基础的项目的患者提供了部分解决方法。 目前，国内针对COPD肺康复的需求日益增加,并对COPD患者联合不同方法开展早期、个体化并切实可行肺康复治疗策略，以保证患者安全和运动效果。
