1、2022优秀小学英语演讲稿优秀小学英语演讲稿1尊敬的各位领导、老师：上午好！我叫*，现任三年级英语教师和英语教研组组长。我今天来竞聘英语教师的岗位。非常感谢学校领导给了我向大家介绍自己，接受检验和挑战的机会。我将客观地说明我自己所具备的应聘能力，全面地论述我对于做好英语教学工作的总体思路和具体措施，并且，将心悦诚服地接受各位领导和老师的评判。我是*年参加工作的，弹指一挥间，蓦然回首走过的足迹，有太多值得回味的东西一直在心头涌动，七年来一直从事小学英语教学工作。我的工作得到了在座的许多领导、老师的亲切关怀和悉心帮助。我不敢辜负领导们的殷切期望，勤勤恳恳，不断进取，在思想上和工作能力上都有了不少的

2、进步。因此我今天充满信心走上这竞聘讲台。我觉得，我竞聘英语教师有如下几个优势和条件：1. 有良好的师德我为人处事的原则是：老老实实做人，认认真真工作，开开心心生活。自己一贯注重个人品德素质的培养，努力做到尊重领导，团结同志，工作负责，办事公道，不计较个人得失，对工作对同志有公心，爱心，平常心和宽容心。自从参加工作以来，我首先在师德上严格要求自己，要做一个合格的人民教师！认真学习和领会党的十六大精神和三个代表重要思想，与时俱进，爱岗敬业，为人师表，热爱学生，尊重学生，争取让每个学生都能享受到最好的教育，都能有不同程度的发展。2. 有较高的专业水平我从昌潍师专英语系毕业后曾到山东师范大学进修取得本

3、科学历，系统而又牢固地掌握了英语教学的专业知识。多年来始终在教学第一线致力于小学英语教学及研究，使自己的专业知识得到进一步充实、更新和扩展。被聘为教育部小学英语教学评价实验教师，系山东省双语教育研究会会员，参编了学习与创新，阳光英语等，有多篇论文发表和获奖。3. 有较强的教学能力从选择教师这门职业的第一天起，我最大的心愿就是做一名受学生欢迎的好老师，为了这个心愿，我一直在不懈努力着。要求自己做到牢固掌握本学科的基本理论知识，熟悉相关学科的文化知识，不断更新知识结构，精通业务，精心施教，把握好教学的难点重点，认真探索教学规律，钻研教学艺术，努力形成自己的教学特色。我的教学风格和教学效果普遍受到学

We experience all tastesof life here, sour, sweet, bitter and hot.I am from Province, which is far away from here. I often miss my Mum,friends, and relati

9、ves in my hometown. However, I cant see them very often. Soloneliness always keeps me company. I am sad that I cant be there withthem.Lucky for me, life in university is rich and colorful. My grandmotheronce told me this:” I do not want to live long, only long enough for some grandchildren to be running around in my house”. I want to live a long, healthy andhappy life just as they have.Since my graduation from prim

16、ary school, until now, every time on mybirthday I make the same wish. I wish my parents will not fight anymore. I amnot complaining that they gave me a bad childhood, they just fight so much! I amunhappy but that does not mean they do not love me. They do! They love me withall their heart. I love my

17、 parents also; I want them to live a happy life aswell.I want to travel this great country of ours. I want to see the beauty ofour country. I want to see the miracles that made this country great! I want togo from the east to west, from the north all the way down to the south! I have adream, that on

18、e day I can travel and see my country with my family and friends!If that is not possible, seeing my country on my own is good enough also. The line has beenused, Weve never had it so good.But I have an uncomfortable feeling that this prosperity isnt something onwhich we can base our hopes for the future. No nation in history has eversurvived a tax burden that reached a third o

22、f its national income. Today, 37cents out of every dollar earned in this country is the tax collectors share,and yet our government continues to spend 17 million dollars a day more than thegovernment takes in. We havent balanced our budget 28 out of the last 34 years.Weve raised our debt limit three

23、 times in the last twelve months, and now ournational debt is one and a half times bigger than all the combined debts of allthe nations of the world. We have 15 billion dollars in gold in our treasury; wedont own an ounce. Foreign dollar claims are 27.3 billion dollars. And wevejust had announced th

24、at the dollar of 1939 will now purchase 45 cents in itstotal value.As for the peace that we would preserve, I wonder who among us would liketo approach the wife or mother whose husband or son has died in South Vietnamand ask them if they think this is a peace that should be maintainedindefinitely. 25、o they mean peace, or do they mean we just want to be left inpeace? There can be no real peace while one American is dying some place in theworld for the rest of us. Were at war with the most dangerous enemy that hasever faced mankind in his long climb from the swamp to the stars, and its beensaid i

26、f we lose that war, and in so doing lose this way of freedom of ours,history will record with the greatest astonishment that those who had the mostto lose did the least to prevent its happening. Well I think its time we askourselves if we still know the freedoms that were intended for us by theFound

27、ing Fathers.Not too long ago, two friends of mine were talking to a Cuban refugee, abusinessman who had escaped from Castro, and in the midst of his story one of myfriends turned to the other and said, We dont know how lucky we are. And theCuban stopped and said, How lucky you are? I had someplace t

28、o escape to. Andin that sentence he told us the entire story. If we lose freedom here, theresno place to escape to. This is the last stand on earth.And this idea that government is beholden to the people, that it has noother source of power except the sovereign people, is still the newest and themos

29、t unique idea in all the long history of mans relation to man.This is the issue of this election: Whether we believe in our capacity forself-government or whether we abandon the American revolution and confess that alittle intellectual elite in a far-distant capitol can plan our lives for usbetter t

30、han we can plan them ourselves.You and I are told increasingly we have to choose between a left or right.Well Id like to suggest there is no such thing as a left or right. Theres onlyan up or down - up mans old - old-aged dream, the ultimate in individualfreedom consistent with law and order, or dow

31、n to the ant heap oftotalitarianism.
