1、Welcome to this lecture:Demonstration of doing the reading passages of NMETBy MISS CHEN MIN高考英语阅读理解题讲解本年度的五篇阅读理解短文概述:Passage A（291 词）为图书馆开展学生假期读书活动的推销广告，开展四项有意义的文化活动以吸引孩子;Passage B（368 词）介绍时尚人物,现代年轻建筑师Yocum 和Bell 通过自己的创造性劳动,把别人废弃的建筑变成了自己梦想的实用工作场所，可谓物尽其用;Passage C（331 词）人文科学研究报告：人的情感有内部和外部两种表现,而且是象感冒

2、一样相互传染的.积极情感相互影响大，消极情感相互影响小；Passage D（360 词）现代名人时尚评论：以前的名人商业效应是为他人做广告，现代名人是开发自己的产品；简答题Passage(339）为现代冰雕赛事记叙文。冰雕作品的评价内容是:创意性、技能技巧和视觉效果三个方面。（不必做）5 个语篇，不同体裁，不同题材。阅读面广，但都在所有中学生所熟悉的范围内，没有只哪类学生才比较熟悉的不公平问题，体现了以人为本的原则。题目的不同形式考查了考生理解主旨和要义、具体细节、根据上下文推断生词词义、判断和推理、作者意图观点和态度等。既考查了学生对各类题材和体裁的英语阅读，又注意了英语阅读微技能的全面性。

3、从电脑字数统计情况看，文章累计词数1680 个，题目词数720,阅读理解题总词数2400。其阅读速度为：24003569 个词分(06 和07 两年都为72 词/分)。从数字上看，这个速度高于高考英语科设定的基本要求65 词/分，低于教学大纲的要求70-80 词分。但是教学大纲的要求与高考考试说明的要求是有质的区别的：中学生平时的阅读是在具体目的不甚明确、没有太大外界压力的情况下进行的，采取的阅读方法基本为略读（skimming），也就是迅速阅读文章，以了解其主旨要义、作者态度等。而高考中的阅读活动则并非如此，考生既需要略读，以获取一些整体性信息；也需要查读（scanning），以获取所需的细

4、节性信息。另外，考生还需要一些时间考虑试题的解答。因此，考生在考场中的实际阅读速度必须大于69 词分。所选文章的结构紧密完整，内容丰富。语言地道、原汁原味,句型灵活多变,复杂难句比较多，词汇量大。出现了一些影响题目解答的新课标词汇，如abandon,delicate,sympathize.。对学生通过构词手段猜测生词的能力有很高的要求，如unrealistic,accordingly,misstep,shelf life,tried-and-true,self-promotional 等都分别运用于正确答案选项之中或为阅读理解题的文中支撑信息。AWestern New Bridge Libra
