4、employees Through the staffIII银泰综合办公楼设计The Designment of Yintai Comprehensive office 摘 要钢筋混凝土框架结构的特点是由刚接的梁和柱来传递竖向和侧向作用力,具有良好的传力路径和抗震能力。另外,由于其建筑平面布置灵活,能够获得较大的使用空间,建筑立面易于处理,已被广泛应用于各种建筑。本工程名称为银泰综合办公楼设计,采用框架结构,主体结构为6层,分为建筑设计和结构设计两部分。本地区抗震设防烈度为7度,场地类别为II类场地。主导风向为西南,基本风压0.35kN/ m2,基本雪压0.5 kN/ m2。楼屋盖均采用现浇钢
5、筋混凝土结构。本设计贯彻“安全、实用、经济、美观”的设计原则。根据任务书的要求,按照建筑设计规范的有关规定,首先进行建筑设计。根据建筑设计成果,完成结构设计方案。首先进行结构选型,确定平面布置,在确定框架布局之后,从中选取具有代表性的一榀框架进行计算,包括荷载计算、框架刚度计算、框架内力计算以及基础设计。框架内力计算包括结构在恒荷载、活荷载、风荷载以及水平地震作用下的内力计算。其中对于竖向荷载作用下内力计算采用分层法;风荷载和水平地震作用下的内力计算采用 “D”值法。根据抗震设计“强柱弱梁”的设计原则,竖向荷载作用下的梁端弯矩乘以0.85的调幅系数以减少节点附近梁截面的配筋量,而相应的跨中弯矩
6、亦相应增加。根据规范要求进行了配筋设计;根据上部框架结构形式以及上部荷载等确定采用柱下独立基础;对整个结构采用pkpm软件进行校核并绘制施工图。本设计成果还包括绘制建筑施工图和结构施工图,符合工程制图和施工图纸要求。 关键词: 抗震设计 荷载计算 弯矩调幅 内力组合 截面设计Abstract The character of reinforced concrete frame structure is using rigid beams and columns to pass the vertical and lateral forces, which boast a good force t

Moreover, Because its architectural layout is flexible, which is able to obtain greater use of space,and the building facade is easy to handle, so it has been widely used in various buildings. The name of the project is YinTai comprehensive office design, which
8、 is built as a frame structure, and the main structure of the layer 6 is divided into two parts, the architectural design and structural design respectively.The regions seismic intensity is 7 degrees, and site classification is as a Class II site. Besides, the dominant wind direction is southwest; t
9、he basic wind pressure is 0.35kN/ m2;basic snow pressure is 0.5 kN/ m2. And floor, roof are made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure. The design is to implement the safe, practical, economic, aesthetic design principles. According to the requirements of the mission statement, and in accor
10、dance with the relevant provisions of the architectural design specification, the first thing to do is the architectural design. Using the architectural design achievements to complete the structure design project. The first thing to do is structural selection, which involves determing the layout an
11、d after having determined framework for the layout, it is needed to select from representative specimens of the framework,which are calculated then, consisting of the load calculation, frame stiffness calculation, the framework of the internal force calculation as well as basic design. What is more,
12、 the framework of internal force calculation includes the structure dead load, live load, wind loads and internal forces of the horizontal seismic computing,in which the internal force is calculated using a layered approach for vertical loads; and under wind loads and horizontal seismic internal for
13、ces are calculated using the D value method.According to the seismic design of strong column and weak beam design principle, the vertical loads of the beam end moment multiplied by the amplitude modulation factor of 0.85 to reduce the amount of nodes near the beam cross-section of the reinforcement,
14、 and the corresponding mid-span moment is also a corresponding increase.It is also needed to in accordance with regulatory requirements for the reinforcement design.Further more,the upper frame structure and the upper load determine the use of the basis of individual columns. The entire structure is
15、 checked by the pkpm software,which is also used to draw the construction plans. 18、定基础截面尺寸及埋深598.3 基础抗冲切计算60结论62致谢63参考文献64绪 论土木工程是具有很强的实践性的学科,而毕业设计给我们提供了一个锻炼实践的机会,它是大学本科教育培养目标实现的重要阶段,是毕业前的综合学习阶段,是深化、拓宽、综合教和学的重要过程,是对大学期间所学专业知识的全面总结。在做毕业设计过程中,我们将温故而知新,在资料查找、设计安排、分析计算、施工图绘制、口头表达等各个方面得到综合训练,掌握从事相关工作的基本素质和技能。本次毕业设计的题目是银泰综合办公楼设计,采用的结构形式是钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构。它的特点是平面布置比较灵活,能提供较大的室内空间,施工较方便,较为经济;但它
19、也有抗侧移刚度较弱,受水平荷载影响较大的缺点。结构是建筑的骨架,是建筑赖以生存的物质基础。一个成功的设计必然以经济合理的结构方案为基础,本设计通过详细的手算方法、形象的图表展示和文字论述,进行完整的结构设计。结构设计部分主要是先进行结构的选型,柱网的布置,梁柱截面尺寸的选取,然后选取一榀有代表性的框架进行荷载统计、内力计算、内力组合及配筋验算。其中竖向荷载作用下的内力计算采用分层法,水平风荷载作用下的内力计算用D值法,地震作用下的内力计算采用底部剪力法。在毕业设计的三个月时间里,在指导老师的帮助下,经过资料查阅、设计计算、论文撰写以及外文的翻译,我们加深了对新规范、图集、指导手册等相关内容的学
20、习,也加深了对以往知识的理解。同时,在设计过程中,进一步加强了对Word、Excel的运用,加深了对AutoCAD等绘图软件的使用。由于所学知识有限,其中难免有不妥和疏忽之处,敬请各位老师批评指正。1 工程概况和建筑设计1.1 工程概况本工程名为银泰综合办公楼。建筑面积约6000,主体结构为六层,室内外高差0.5m。基本风压0.35kN/,基本雪压0.50kN/ ,场地平坦,地基条件较好。本工程抗震设防烈度为7度,场地类别为类,地震分组为第二组,丙类建筑。地质资料:自上而下土层分布情况为:粉质黏土,Fk160kPa,Es4.6MPa,厚度1.23.3m,黄褐色,可塑;粉质黏土,Fk65kPa,
