2、置点跑。B、徒手操。48拍 要求动作尽量舒展、大方、协调、幅度大,充分将各个关节活动开。 一、队列如图示 要求:注意力集中,活动充分。见习生随堂听课。 基本部分30一、 前滚翻:动作要领:并腿下蹲,两手撑垫。同时屈臂,低头。两脚蹬地。提臀收腹,重心前移,团身后翻滚。重点:团身紧难点:枕骨、肩、背、臀部各部位依次触垫,滚动圆滑。易犯错误:1) 团身不紧,身体松散,导致翻滚速度不够。2) 蹬地,推手用力不够。3) 小腿没有紧靠大腿。二、游戏:滚翻接力游戏规则:学生男生、女生各两组分为人数相等的两个小组,分别站在规定的起跑线后,听到开始的口令后同侧的同学迅速跑动到垫前用双脚夹住球进行前滚翻并把球放置
3、另一侧垫前后迅速跑到对面队列与同队队员拍手接力,速度快一组为胜,适量奖惩。要求:球丢后必须把球放回原处。 认真按教师要求完成。组织与教法一、教师讲解动作要领。学生模仿练习二、着重讲解“团身紧”,团身紧的要求:小腿紧靠大腿,大腿紧靠臀部,下颌紧靠胸。三、学生练习:A根据示范动作提示,体会前滚翻动作。学生分为四个小组,由各组小组长带领进行练习,教师巡回指导并纠正错误,他们知道自己的动作是否正确。队形如图: 队形如图: 结束部分5 1、集合整队2、放松活动3、老师小结本课情况。4、归还器材,下课。 要求:动作幅度大,按教师的动作进行放松, 场 地器 材体操垫6块 哑铃 2个本节课的教学对象是初一的学
4、生,他们具有好动、好玩、好思考等特点,学习新知识速度快、模仿力强,有较强的表现欲望,注意力不太稳定,但是他们具备一定的探索知识、自主创新的能力。对体育知识基础较差,但运动能力还不错,具备一些简单的运动能力。学生普遍能吃苦,能够按照老师的要求去做。由于年龄较小,比较好动,对新事物好奇心比较强。运动兴趣很高,但注意力集中时间不长。学生身体的灵活性、协调性、力量等素质都比较差,需要随着年龄的增长,运动量的增加,逐渐提高学生的身体素质能力。依据体育课程标准的基本理念,贯彻落实“健康第一”的教学思想,让学生学会生存,学会健体,掌握一些基本的健身方法,采用灵活多样、合理有效的教学方法,激发学生的运动兴趣。
5、在教学中以学生为主体,让学生的思维、情绪、活动同教师的教交融在一起,使学生带着愉悦的心情,浓厚的兴趣,积极主动地完成学习目标,发展学生敢于动脑筋,大胆实践的能力,培养学生的参与意识和创新精神。这节课学生学会了前滚翻这一技术动作,完成了预定教学目标。我认为成功之处有以下几点:一、通过游戏活动,激发学生学习兴趣 爱因斯坦说过:“兴趣是最好的老师,它可激发人的创造热情、好奇心和求知欲。”游戏是激发兴趣最有效的方法。本节课我采用游戏活动这个教学环节进行复习,大大增加了学生对“前滚翻”技巧学习的兴趣。充分调动学生学习的积极性、主动性,不但活跃了课堂气氛,还为所授课“前滚翻”的技巧学习做好生理和心理准备。
6、二、通过合作交流,让学生在体验中感受学习乐趣 有意识地为学生提供合作学习的通道。要让学生懂得体育是一种集体参与性的活动。在练习中充分给学生合作学习的时空,不但培养了学生自主、探究、合作的学习能力,而且促进了学生团结协作的精神,为学生终身体育奠定良好的基础。三、评价方法多样化,在鼓励中让学生尝到成功的快乐评价是课堂教学过程中不可缺少的环节。它能够引导学生展开思维,有利于教师及时把握学生思维的动向,从而实施行之有效的教学手段。整个教学过程中,采用自评、他评、互评、教师评等评价方法,让学生相互了解、取长补短,便于发现、补充新的信息,养成良好的人格和学习习惯,提高创新能力,使他们的潜能得到应有的挖掘。
