20、委要求： 一是全体干部职工要深入领悟“奋斗成就奋斗者”的丰富内容的详细要求，把奋斗贯穿人生的全过程，用奋斗鼓励工作的全过程，始终保持旺盛的斗志、创新的士气和抓落实的坚韧，勇于“敢超”，恪尽职守，交出优秀工作答卷。 二是各单位党支部、共青团和工会要运用各种宣传手段，开展各种活动，宣传奋斗精神，形成良好文化气氛，要树立和塑造公司奋斗者的先进典型，发挥先进典型的示范引领作用，使奋斗的理念、奋斗者的荣耀深入人心，知行合一。 三是我们要把“奋斗成就奋斗者”理念和学习贯彻仔细落实电子集团“敢超”文化充分结合起来，奋斗就是敢和超，奋斗者即为敢超者，让集团敢超文化理念在我们不懈奋斗的过程中落地生根，开花结果。
