1、本科生毕业设计(论文)摘 要随着经济全球化和信息技术的迅速发展,企业生产资料的获取与产品营销范围的日益扩大,社会生产、物资流通、商品交易及其管理方式中在并将继续发生深刻的变革。与此相适应,被普遍认为企业在降低物质消耗、提高劳动生产率以外的“第三利润源泉”的现代物流业正在世界的范围内广泛兴起。物流规划是以一定区域或一定范围的物流系统建设布局为研究对象。由于观察和分析的对象不同,物流规划常有不同的划分。根据我国建设的具体情况,物流规划一般分为宏观层面的物流规划和微观层面的物流规划两大类。本次毕业设计就是属于微观层面的物流规划,是利用所学得知识对 JH 公司裁剪车间的设施进行规划与设计,通过对 JH
2、 公司裁剪车间设施摆放与加工流程的分析与研究,对该公司的裁剪车间进行设施规划与设计,设施规划与设计是针对企业个体中的生产或服务系统的生产或转换活动,从投入到产出的全部过程中,将人员、物料及所需的相关设备设施等,做出最有效的组合与安排,并与其他相关设施协调,以期获得安全、效率与经济的操作,满足企业经营需求,同时更进一步能对企业长期的组织功能和发展产生更积极的影响和效益。在规划与设计的过程中,了解了设施规划的重要性与设施规划的原则,以及设施规划的成功案例,对该车间进行物流系统状况的分析并确定出每个作业单位间的作业关系等级,运用作业关系法以及作业面积相关图对车间进行规划与设计, 利用点评估法对车间原
3、有的设施规划方案以及新的规划方案进行评估,对比两个方案得优缺点,并取最优方案,达到提高作业效率,节省作业时间,最终达到提高生产效率得目的。并利用 AutoCAD 软件绘制出车间平面布置图。关键词:物流工程;设施规划与设计;作业关系;点评估法VAbstractWith economic globalization and the rapid development of information technology, enterprise access to the means of production and marketing of the products of the increasi
