1、英语九年级校 本 课 程 教 材九 年 级 英 语本册主编编写人员序言校本课程开发包括两个方面的含义：一是学校根据本校实际和学生需求自主开发的学校课程；二是对国家课程、地方课程进行校本加工、补充和完善，从而因地制宜、创造性地实施国家课程和地方课程。提高教学质量，是教学研究永恒的主题。对教师来说，如何才能提高教学质量呢？我认为，教师除了具有过硬的教学基本功之外，还必须具有过硬的课程实施能力。课程实施能力主要包括：把握课程标准的能力、与学生沟通的能力、运用多媒体辅助教学的能力、课程开发能力等。新课程倡导教师要做课程的建设者和开发者，要求 教师用教材教，要求教师开展校本课程开发，这些要求，实质上讲的
