10、枣仁30克，粳米60克。洗净酸枣仁，水煎取汁，与粳米共煮成粥，每日1剂，连服10日为1个疗程。适用于更年期精神失常，喜怒无度，面色无华，食欲欠佳等症。合欢花粥n n 合欢花(干品)30克，或鲜品50克，粳米50克，红糖适量。将合欢花、粳米、红糖同放锅内加水500毫升，用文火煮至粥熟即可。每晚睡前1小时空腹温热食用。具有安神解郁、活血悦颜利、水消肿等功效。适用于更年期易怒忧郁、虚烦不安、健忘失眠等症。甘麦大枣粥n n 大麦、粳米各50克，大枣10枚，甘草15克。先煎甘草，去渣，后入粳米、大麦及大枣同煮为粥。每日2次，空腹食用。具有益气安神，宁心美肤功效。适用于妇女更年期精神恍惚、时常悲伤欲哭、不能自持或失眠盗汗、舌红少苔、脉细而数者。益智仁粥n n 益智仁5克，糯米50克，精盐少许。先将益智仁研为细末，糯米煮粥，调入益智仁末，加细盐少许，稍煮即可。每日早晚餐温热食用。适用于妇女更年期综合征，及老年人脾肾阳虚、腹中冷痛，面色晦暗、尿频、遗尿等。谢 谢n n 2007.10.18
