3、品研发部项目经理 provides monthly project updates (program status report green/yellow/red) of current situation relating to contractual milestones and problem/high risk areas (e.g., technical, cost, and schedule). provides input and direction to the program team(s) in areas of customer concerns, potential c

4、hanges in scope and risk assessment. directs overall performance on the program(s), assuring that the “triple constraint” of cost/scope/schedule is met and resources necessary to achieve this constraint are appropriately identified and communicated. manage organization and leadership of team(s) in a

5、 matrix environment. monitors overall performance during all phases of the program(s) and develops and implements corrective action and recovery plans as required. manage the customer relationship, maintaining customer satisfaction, yet assuring that scope is managed appropriately and contract chang

6、es are secured where appropriate. leads team(s) in identifying, quantifying and mitigating risk. responsible for overall life-of-the program(s) successful financial performance. maintain and report key metrics for senior management including development program milestone otd and prolaunch status. re

7、sponsible for the overall execution of complex component and/or system programs in accordance with the eaton aerospace prolaunch process. works with the group sales & marketing team to propose and capture new business opportunities for the product family. assumes market segment ownership with respec

20、职责 南京研发中心产品和解决方案部部长 深圳市桑达实业股份有限公司 深圳市桑达实业股份有限公司,深桑达a,桑达 职责描述: 组织落实公司产品和解决方案的研发工作;统筹资源,确保项目进度及产品质量;主导重大技术问题的技术攻关,提升团队开发水平;负责产品质量管控。 任职要求: 1、全日制本科及以上学历,电子信息相关专业毕业; 2、10年以上ict行业相关工作阅历,5年以上软件开发、架构设计阅历,5年以上技术团队管理阅历,管理过20人以上产品开发、测试、集成团队; 3、具有大型困难系统研发阅历、灵敏开发阅历,良好的研发项目管理和产品策划实力,对用户体验有较强的把握力,能够很好的规划和设计产品功能、运用流程与交互体验; 4、有国内大型知名软件系统工作经验优先,负责过政府系统项目者优先,持系统架构师资格证书者优先。
