1、 农村文化建设情况汇报 农村文化建立状况汇报 2023年8月，作为*市选聘大学生村官，我来到*区*乡*村担当村党支部书记助理。在这五个月的时间里，在乡党委政府、*村村干部的领导和帮忙下，我对村里的工作从生疏到熟识，但是由于到村的时间不长，所接手的工作也不太全面，下面就我这一段时间的文化建立方面的工作做一个简洁的汇报。 在构建“和谐社会”、建立新农村的今日，农村文化建立越来越受到国家的关注。大量的年轻人为生计而选择外出打工，留下的一大局部人群的精神生活要求不是太高，这大大增加了农村文化工作的难度，许多时候都是想组织一些群众文化活动得到的响应却很少。在农村的进展过程中，越来越多的人熟悉到在重视农村

2、经济增速的同时，要把农村文化建立作为重心来抓。现在农村的进展与城镇相比依旧有较大差距，主要表现在：农村文化事业投入少，活动经费短缺；文化活动少，农夫文化生活依旧贫乏；文化队伍人才紧缺，整体素养难上升。针对这些状况，国家也实行了相应的措施以帮忙农村文化建立，例如给各个村配备了远程教育设施、文化室等。村里每周会组织村里一起观看农业节目，消遣节目等，我也会常常到网上下载一些农村的节目，用来丰富村民的业余文化生活。二、大学生村官在农村文化建立中的作用作为一名大学生村官，我觉得我要从以下几点发挥我的作用 一要利用自己专长，找准切入点。我们在农村文化建立中首先要发挥引领示范作用，要充分发挥自身专业素养和特

3、长，找准农村文化建立的切入点。利用的自己计算机专业的优势，担当起远程教育效劳站治理员的职责，充分利用远程教育站点的丰富资源，对群众实施滚动式教育；熟识法律法规的，要将担当起法律宣传员的职责，第一时间将党和国家制定出台的大政方针政策传递到群众中去；熟识农业科技的，要担当起科普宣传员的职责，将群众急需的科技学问送到田间地头，主动邀请专业技术人员对农业大户上门进展技术指导；具备文艺特长的，要组建文化艺术团等群体组织，自拍自演一些群众喜闻乐见的地方戏、相声小品等，丰富群众文化生活。 二要利用本村硬件设施，找准着力点。我们要利用任职所在村现有的软硬条件，因地制宜地稳固和扩大农村文化阵地。依托新建、改建和

4、扩建的村级党群效劳中心，设立农家书屋和阅览室，定期向群众推举阅读书目以及报刊杂志。要组织小型多样的群众文化活动，鼓舞农夫自编自演、自娱自乐，提倡安康文明的生活方式和社会风气；要开掘本村的文艺人才，鼓舞他们创办民办文艺团体和农夫业余文艺演出队；鼓舞热心文化公益事业的农户组建文化大院、文化中心户、图书室等，做大文化阵地，发动本地能人大户捐书助农，加强村级图书室的建立；要积极开展农夫读书活动，提倡农夫读书，传播科学文化学问，逐步解决农夫文化生活贫乏问题，让农夫过上充实开心的文化生活。三、在农村文化建立中所做的一些工作。在这五个多月的时间里，在乡党委政府的指导的村干部的帮忙下，我们利用远程教育平台共组

5、织了19次学习，组织学习人次到达360多人次。学习内容包括党的路线、方针、政策的解读、农村规划生育相关宣传、先进事迹的学习和争论、农村科学种养殖技术、群众文化消遣节目等，以群众喜闻乐见的形式宣传了政策，让他们记得住、记得牢。协作 1、连续利用现有的硬件、软件设施让更多的人民群众承受学习； 2、仔细学习相关的方针、政策，为以后的普及工作打好思想根底； 3、正面宣传，树立典范，积极引导农夫破除封建迷信农村文化市场，富强才能更好地净化，净化是为更好的富强；4、在上网时多关注农村文化消遣的内容，为农村的文化生活提出更多更好的建议；5、多到农夫家中走动，向他们宣传先进的文化理念，供应相关的资料。 rur
