In cas e the deposit is not sufficient to cover such items, Party B should pay the in sufficiency within ten days after receiving the written notice of payment from Party A.六、 甲方义务 Obligations of Party AIo甲方须按时将房屋及附属设施(详见附件)交付乙方使用。Party A will provide the premises and attach
