1、北京理工大学外专项目远程合作协议甲 方： （项目负责人）懒解职务4只称：乙 方（合作专家姓名，需与护照一致）：国 籍：所在单位：职务/职称：甲乙双方经协商，决定以远程合作方式完成（项目名称*）,并 达成以下合作协议，双方共同恪守。一项目期限2020年月日至 年 月 日二 合作内容双方共计通过远程合作形式，完成以下工作（需体现工作内容及工作量）：1. 三 费用支付1 .结合本项目实际情况，经双方商定，甲方支付乙方专家讲课费/咨询费共计7G 民币。2 .支付方式（二选一）（1）乙方持有在中国境内办理的借记卡（不含港澳台）甲乙双方商定，甲方将上述费用支付到乙方账户。（2）乙方无在中国境内办理的借记卡

2、甲乙双方商定，甲方将上述费用支付到甲方项目负责人账户，由甲方项目负责 人（或指定委托人）向乙方足额转账，乙方承担相关税费和手续费。双方确保高标准、按照预定时间顺利完成项目。如在合作过程中实际工作量少 于约定工作量，则甲方根据实际情况核减支付乙方费用。在项目进行过程中发现任何一方有违背项目计划（进度及质量）的行为，另一方有权终止合作。四、 其他1 .本协议一式三份，每一份有中英文两个版本，自甲、乙双方完成签字之日起 生效。2 .本协议未尽事宜，各方应本着互惠互利、友好协商的原则另行协商约定。甲方：（项目负责人签字）乙方：（项目合作方签字）日期：日期:Agreement for Long Dist
