3、We have learned Star sings in Unit 1 and Colours and moods inUnit 2.We have also learned how to write a formal recommendation letter and how to write areport on the moods of people in last two units.Today we are going to learn two letters to a famousyouth worker about Millies and Simons problems.So

4、this unit links with a special meaning ofUnit 1 and Unit 2.This period is the first lesson of Reading.The main idea of the topic is how toexpress their problems and ask for advice.We are going to learn the ways to deal with problemsand stress in following lessons.So this period is very important in

5、this unit.Part 2 Teaching aimsl.Aims of the knowledge:(l)To know the spelling of some words and usage of some phrases.(2)To learn something about Millies and Simons problems.(3)To grasp the main idea of Reading and use the information to talk to others about onesproblems and how to deal with them.2.

28、h others的最后一个单元。以Teenage problems为话题展开学习，该话题与学生的实际生活十分接近，很容易引起学生的讨论兴趣。在welcome to theunit部分，学生已初步谈论了青少年的常见问题及形成原因，并且思考了 一些个人问题急解决方法。Reading partA是两名学生写给一位著名的青少年咨询顾问的信，在信中他们呈现了问题并求助解决的方法；PartB是一个词汇练习。PartC是顾问对求助信的记载；PartD是顾问给两名学生解决问题方法建议的回信。Reading是一个单元的核心部分，它承载着众多的教学任务。我 将reading部分分作三课时进行教学，第一课时为阅读讨
