2、始终将学习作为新形势下加强基层党组织建立一项重要任务，把加强学习作为提高党员自身政治理论水平、增加党性修养、坚决正确的政治方向、制造性地开展好工作确实高度来熟悉，仔细制定学习规划，明确学习目标，使得党员政治理论学习取得了很好的成效。学习中国特色社会主义理论体系，仔细做好理论武装工作。用中国特色社会主义理论科学理论武装党员的头脑是党支部的重要任务。支部能坚持把理论武装工作摆上重要的位置，做到常抓不懈，支部通过召开党员大会、职工大会、学习会等各种形式共12次，每次学习都明确学习内容，要求全体党员干部职工写好学习笔记，并定期沟通学习心得体会，使学习取得了较好的效果。学习社会主义核心价值体系，保证党员

3、在政治上、思想上与党中心保持全都性。我所党支部把学习和贯彻落实十七届三中、四中全会作为政治学习的主要内容来抓，坚持用科学进展观统一党员的思想，利用“七一”党日活动和政治学习日反复组织党员学习使广阔党员准时了解我国、我省和公司战略目标、工作任务等，及大鼓舞了广阔党员斗志，兴奋了精神，以自己的实际行动全面落实好党中心的战略部署，为实现海西跨更加展作出应有的奉献。建立学习型党组织，提高党员的思想政治水平。我所积极开展学习型党组织的创立活动，把提高职工队伍的思想政治素养、增加队伍的业务水平作为创立工作的重点。做到每位党员每年参与党组织的集体教育活动时间累计不少于12天。在实施的过程中，一是确定目标，提
